Sage Yoga Shala

We've been twice to Sage Yoga and both times have been incredibly recharging. The Sunday night restorative Yoga with Sonya is a great way to wind down from the week. Her clear instruction, gentle guidance and mastery of the movements helped us feel comfortable as brand new learners.

I was visiting my daughter in Monrovia and met Sonya , who had a table, during the Friday farmers market. She seemed awesome and I attended two separate classes during my visit. She is incredibly knowledgeable and just this morning I was practicing techniques she demonstrated for the class using a ball for Facia release! It’s really helped my sore feet! Her instruction is spot on, and I will return when I visit again! Thank you, Sonya!

I’ve been taking classes with Sonya for over a decade! She’s very patient, knowledgeable and kind. She’s great about modifications so everyone, experienced, beginners and people with injuries, can practice and grow. I love the new space!
