I have been utilizing Mr. Ojeda's services since 2014 for both my custody and child support cases. I recently finalized a complicated child support case that had been severely affecting my living expenses for years due to the huge garnishment. It took a lot of patience, time, and caused a great deal of anxiety. I felt like the other parent was living a luxurious lifestyle with my money that I worked hard for, including my overtime. Mr. Ojeda was able to reduce all of my child support, including the back support to a total $0.00!!! He did this all during this pandemic and with me not having to show up to his office for the court hearing call.

This office IS NOT professional . The Lawyer Mr . Bernal never Did what he promised at the court trial , I LOST MY CHILD CUSTODY , he didn't bring any defense to the trial .... After two weeks trying to schedule an appointment with the Lawyer with no answer , I didn't have any other options than continue in proper , .... I LOST ALL THE MONEY THAT I GAVE HIM .... I paid with a credit card , now I have a big amount of money that I have to pay . Never mind the Money ..... What about my children.
Please be careful , or better go to another place .

Very unprofessional. So disappointed. He didn't fight for my rights and gave up easily. He has a very meek attitude. Will charge you to the fullest and will definitely procrastinate you orders until the last minute. Don't waste you money or time.

My mom hired him, didn't even try to do what we hired him for. He went to court but didn't speak up on my moms rights .Very unproffesional .I called didn't return my calls. I had to email him a couple of times to get what I needed. He got upset and emailed me to stop calling his Secretary. Very unproffesional please don't lose your money... Waste of time and Money.
