Been doing taxes there for a long time. Never had a problem with them. Friendly customer services. Olga is very professional helpful and a very good person.

I’ve been doing my taxes here for about 5 years. Service staff is very professional and knowledgeable about what their doing. They will answer all questions truthfully. Office is very clean and is following special guidelines due to COVID. I’ve never been disappointed and I would highly recommend to anyone!

This place is a SCAM! They send your refund to a third party bank, then the third party bank doesn’t send you your full amount! They take about $400 from your refund, that you never agreed on! And when you search for your information on the IRS page, NOTHING comes out!!! This place is shady, please don’t go there!!!! SCAM!!!!

UPDATE!
I spoke to Olga 4 weeks ago regarding the issue I previously posted here, she said she would give me a call back and find out why her bank didn’t deposited my full refund amount, I still haven’t receive a call from her, or my money! I will be reporting them to the IRS, ppl please don’t be fooled! DO NOT! Come to this place, they will scam you!

I had been coming here for about 5 yrs because I personally knew Olga who is the one who processes your taxes. Well I come to find out that besides what she charges you to prep your taxes the day off, they also deduct more than $500 from your tax refund without the customers knowledge. If i knew her on a personal level for so many years, imagine how she rips the rest of the customers off! Last year she told me I wasn’t getting anything back and when I called the IRS I was told that I was getting a refund, so she was forced to give me my money , she was planning on keeping the entire amount which was about $1000.Please Save yourself time and money! Don’t come here. PS: review from Carlos Salmeron is from her family! All lies!

Scam people out of their refund. They charge a hidden loan fee IRS pays them and they pay you less. Stole 468 2021. 356 2019. I reported them to IRS. Olga wont return my calls

Very unprofessional...rude and useless..not only did she ( Olga)misspell my name and my zip code...she also put my wedge imcome on the wrong place .. To top it off she never accepted her fault for the delay of my refund ...never hear an "I'm sorry for my wrong doing"...worst place to go get your taxes done
