I’ve gad their coffee before at grocery stores and it was nice to see an actual shop.

I ordered their latte with almond milk along with a shot of espresso and a nitro cold brew to go. The latte was solid, flavor was excellent and temperature was just right. The cold brew was also great with a nice kick for caffeine.

Parking was limited to the street but the interior was nice and big with lots of seating options.

My favourite coffee spot in the arts district. The service is unreal, even though they’re just behind the counter. Super warm and friendly, they know their customers and they remembered me after only a few days. Honestly made my trip to the states so much nicer to know I have somewhere to go in the mornings where they have such a welcoming atmosphere. They’re also open at 6am which is awesome, cause you can have a coffee before a run or whatever. Definitely get the pumpkin chocolate bread, that is unreal. And the horchata cold brew is crazy good.

Today my best friend, my partner and I decided to check this place out this morning. I ordered the vegan breakfast tacos and had their house mocha iced. The food was awesome and had a nice presentation. The vibe was laid back and the staff were very polite and helpful. The establishment is very inclusive and the food portions were good. All of the ingredients were visibly fresh and we all had a wonderful experience. I would have to say this establishment is underrated and more people should check it out.

Pricey, but good. Parking isn’t too bad in the mornings, just depends when you get there and then you can expect to pay and or walk a ways, lots of yummy places around it, but the breakfast sandwhich was good. Def recommend. And would return.

Great local coffee shop with AMAZING Pastry. Found this place from too-good-togo. Will be a regular at this gem in the future

Atmosphere is chill low lighting on to what I decided to get chai latte oatmilk vanilla pump and a horchata every coffee shop I go it’s my go to chai vanilla latte hmm unfortunately mines I’m not sure what oatmilk was used but mines was watered down light handed on the chai barely tasted the chai spices might need to try there dirty chai latte on ice next glad I got the big cup hehe need to keep going for work thank you team horchata this one is sweet heavy creamed coffee good 😌 know once you take sips let ice melt and will be good also got with oatmilk

this place has it all! solid coffee, amazing ambiance, lots of space to work/read/study, fast wifi, and good food too!

we got the burrito bites 🌯 which were surprisingly great! standard burrito just in smaller form for $4. coffee-wise, i got their specialty horchata cold brew ☕. nothing mind blowing / out of what i expected from the name but really solid!

i didn’t have any trouble finding free street parking either which is definitely hard in dtla. overall great experience & would be back!

Loved this place! The matcha latte was to die for and had a really unique taste compared to others I’ve had (in a good way!) great food options and brought a bag of beans home to enjoy. The staff were wonderful.

Is a great little coffee shop downtown in the arts district. The drinks are good, and the service here is excellent. The banana bread was delicious.

5- stars because they open before 10am. Unlike Pie hole down the street. Nice environment, nice staff, good music.

I went here a while back and I had the Horchata drink and the steak breakfast burrito. The burrito was so fresh and the meat was so tender that I could not believe this was a coffee shop. The drinks are really good too. It is a bit pricey but for the quality of the food it's pretty worth it if you haven't tried it already. If I'm ever in the area this will definitely be my #1 place to get breakfast or a nice drink.

The goddess bowl is a tasty treat. The sundried tomato with avocado, yellow yolk and an avocado sauce blends beautifully together with salad green (arugula & spinach). You'll find thatthe chai latte has a light presences in the latte, a decent drink, may need to be hotter before being presented. Great place for a morning breakfast.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve been going here almost 3 years. One of my favorite foods that I like ordering there are the breakfast tacos they have many options you can get vegan tacos too they are amazing too and they have different variety of foods that you can order.. Their coffee is way better than Starbucks and if you want to take some home they have many variety of coffee’s there I recommend you guys check out this place

Awesome place to do work. Their coffee always seems to increase my productivity. Very solid wifi. It has never been out and I'm here a lot. On Sundays there's a DJ playing easy listen tunes off vinyl. How cool is that.

Got a latte in housemade cashew milk and it was very silky and nice.
Also I had a coffee bean bag and it was good. They do have several organic bean options.

It has big space inside. It’s a lot bigger than it looks outside.

I love the burgeoning Arts District area, and one of my favorite little coffee shops to hit up when trying to find a study spot for the day is Groundwork Coffee.

This location is one of my favorites of theirs, it's pretty spacious inside because it goes pretty far back and has nice comfy benches with cushions in the back of it. I also love the wood and brick aesthetics with the industrial ceiling. Very fitting for the feel of the Arts District, and I love it!

They have great coffees and hot chocolates to choose from here, and also some pretty good brunch items that you can order during the day!

The wifi is also really good, and the music not too loud, so it's a nice place to spend the day eating and studying or working on your laptop. That's what I'm doing right now, in fact!

One of my favorite spots in the downtown/Arts District area! I'll be back regularly!

The house matcha is amazing!!!! Wow!!!! It is also such a great vibe inside and outside! I imagine this would be a great place to get some work done, and drink some great coffee or tea while doing it. I recommend trying it if you can!

This is a great coffee shop if you need to get some work done. There is a lot of seating downstairs and upstairs. However, it is popular so it does get pretty packed. There are only a few outlets so make sure your computer is charged just in case.
We usually try to come early (around 11 or 10:30) to get street parking . After that you might need to park a block away or pay for parking.
Also, their horchata cold brew is delicious! I usually get half regular cold brew with half horchata cold brew to tone down the sweetness. ☕🍭

Ask for your coffee “for here” to save plastic and paper ♻
