Customer service is exceptional, attentive, and friendly. You can feel the positive energy and see how professional everyone is as soon as you walk in. The furniture is lovely and comfortable, particularly the couches and mattresses, and I'm fascinated with all of the vanities. My every question was answered and taken into account, which made me extremely happy, and made me 100 times happier with the furniture I got. Just ask questions, and they'll tell you exactly what you need to know, with so many choices from their catalogs that you'll be speechless! The most beautiful furniture any home could wish for, and the choices are difficult to choose from because they are all so lovely. My vanity was being loaded by a courteous worker, and despite the fact that it was very heavy, he was able to get it into my car. It was a little too heavy at one point, and he smashed his toe trying to keep my product from touching the ground. Seeing that made me realize how attentive, hardworking, and capable each person in the store is. I'm overjoyed and that my car was nice and clean that day that particular day It would be sooo impolite to return something filthy when I was the one who hadn't planned ahead! As a result, anyone who sees this should plan ahead in order to avoid certain circumstances. They informed me that they sometimes do not provide refunds or exchanges if the merchandise is dirtied by the customer, which is understandable. I was so excited to put my vanity together and two of the workers offered to assist me, so they followed me home, and just looking at it has me mesmerized! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing more goodies for my home in the future! This location is well-known for its furniture, but Casa Bella is a cut above the rest! You won't be able to find a Find a location with a wide range of choices. And anyone who is Hispanic should simply support a Hispanic-owned business. This is my go-to furniture now because, I'm a client who will never switch up! Totally worth it, and they make everything so affordable for those who can't afford to pay right away  they give monthly payments. Don't miss out and see for yourself! <3

This place is the worst place to get a mattress 😒. The furniture is fine, but when it comes to purchasing a mattress.. it's the worst experience EVER.!....., Why.?.. Because their customer service is Horrible or probably the individual worker that helped me didn't explain to me thoroughly Enough upon what type of mattresses or different options they may have to offer in the store. Then the second problem is HANDLING the customers purchase PROPERLY 🙄. There was only one person handling the heavy stuff. There was two other Employees inside the store.. one employee handling customers and still no one else came to help with the purchase Loading and to top it off.. the employee was NOT even being careful at all whatsoever on how to handle the merchandise properly onto my Vehicle so it won't get dirty or damaged. , What if someone needs to return the product or exchange it couldn't get exchange cause it'll Damaged. Or they will blame you that it's dirty or Damaged with no solutionon their Part. They might not give refunds or exchange. Damn what gets me so mad is making the purchase in that store thinking that everything is correct coming home all happy to sleep on new bed but then it gives me the worst lower back pain and not able to sleep whole night its was worst nightmare. The next morning I called them and they gave me attitude 😒 😑. They kept feeding me long unresolvable responses which felt like they were only beating around the bush to just make me keep the product that I was SEVERELY UNSATISFIED with. So PLEASE Don't Go to that location. Its the worst place to ever go to. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER . PLEASE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS CORRECT. DON'T JUST TAKE THEIR MONEY AWAY.😡🤬😠.
