A few weeks ago, I brought my favorite pair of pants in to be repaired.
I was shocked when he told me the repair would only be $8! I was expecting 20 or more.
He did such a great job, and even pressed them for free! As long as I'm here in the city, you gave a customer in me! THANK YOU!

I called yesterday around 12:45pm, because I needed my dress pants and button up shirt dry cleaned for a graduation. Everywhere else I called sort of laughed and said it wasn’t possible & was too late, until I called All-Star Cleaners! The lady who answered (owner) told me to bring it in and asked when I needed it by, I’m which I embarrassingly answered 8am. She replied ok, and had it ready at 7:30am!! Picked it up in the morning from the husband (owner) and he was friendly as well. Good customer service, prices, & service! I’ll be coming back here!!

I dropped off a BRAND NEW dress to wear to a wedding, picked up the dress and went on my way. Upon arriving at my hotel and unwrapping the dress I noticed the belt was missing. I called and was hung up on repeatedly and was told I never brought the belt. Obviously I did. The brand new dress is unwearable without it. The owner blamed me for not unwrapping the dress while there. Im now shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding today! He did not make any effort into helping me and for that I will NEVER use this dry cleaner again. They are responsible for this and did not care at all that they left me stranded. Not good business at all.

I was quoted 25 for zipper replacement on my dress. I asked for the zipper to be replaced with a different style. Both the seamstress and manager said ok. Picked up my dress with the same kind of zipper which looks like the origional one ( I doubt it was replaced) and a bunch of white gunk. After telling them it was not what I asked for, they responded with yes it was I just don't know how to use a zipper. And still need to pay the 25. Dress was not dry cleaned nor aced if anything if was runinned since . Overall just plain bad location.

I’ve gone to this place intermittently over the past few years. The owner CONSISTENTLY presents as money hungry, dishonest and curt. He quoted me a price to replace a zipper on one of my jackets and then he tried to hike the price by $10 when I went to pick up my item. When I confronted him about the discrepancy, he almost immediately became flustered.

Take away: don’t waste your time!
