Excellent Experience!

I was in LA looking for a car to purchase and drive cross-country to Boston. The inventory at Pacific Luxury Motors was top notch and I ended up purchasing a beautiful '04 Lexus SC430, which performed flawlessly on the 4,000 mile drive back east.

The staff was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. My impression is that this isn't your typical 'small car dealer'. Their inventory is filled with really nice clean used cars, they take good care of them and their customers, and they let their reputation do the sales for them.

If I'm every looking for a car in California again, this will be my first stop!

Avi, the one and only, is the man who goes above and beyond to ensure that the vehicles you are buying are pristine for their age. The man is a living form of Google, he will outsource anyone in this market. He has the resources and compassion to restore any car beyond what is asked for. The man knows just about everything. All the questions I asked were answered with good information.

Genuinely good people. I'm moving up north for work and needed a decent car to get around in. I wanted to find something solid and fun to drive at a good price. After a test drive through the canyons on the car I ended up buying, I can say without a doubt that I found a fair deal. Some minor cosmetic issues, but not a big deal to me as long as it's a good running engine. I felt I could have asked to have them addressed but I just didn't have the time. Either way, they also went above and beyond to accommodate the sale with some requests. The engine works well, it's responsive and at a budget price, as a customer that looked at different private dealers, I can say that the buying experience here was very positive. Joseph and Avi were great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I live in Miami and they made it a breeze. Yossef and Avi are super cool and honest guys. They know what they are doing. They told me everything about the car, and showed proof. I got this car checked out by a German Car specialist and it was in great condition. The car had little to no problems. Stupid things like the radio volume is delayed. BUT THATS ABOUT IT. They always answer the phone, super friendly. If you have any doubts of buying a car from them, don’t. Everything gets taken care of quickly, and in a nice manner. Thank you very much I love the car.

I purchased a vehicle through Avi and my experience was top notch! I was, at first, a little nervous getting a used vehicle through a dealer which I was not familiar with initially. However, Avi and the many reviews on here gave me confidence. I bought a used sports car and it has been a thrill to drive on weekends. I had a PPI done on the car and every issue was taken care of by Avi. Avi's knowledge of what needs to be replaced and warnings of things not to do have been crucial to making my experience a positive one! Thanks Avi!!!

My wife and I just recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Joseph and Avi or at Pacific Luxury.
I can’t express enough how blessed we feel to have came across them a few years ago when we were looking for a convertible BMW for my wife. Joseph is a great guy with a great dry sense of humor. He’s funny but definitely no joke when it comes to knowing his business!
He has always been above board and transparent with us on things such as pricing, warranty, and paperwork etc..
Avi is hands down probably the best mechanic I have ever known. There’s not any kind of car you can’t take to him that he dosen’t know how to work on (and for a fraction of what the dealer would charge) might I add...

Above and beyond my expectations. I purchased a mint condition 2004 E500 from Avi & Joseph. Although I paid more than KBB, I walked away extremely satisfied. Why? Because Avi went ahead and made sure everything on the car was in tip-top shape after I told him issues I found during the pre-purchase inspection. I've had it for about 3 months now and have zero issues. I will be buying my next used car from them without hesitation. Thanks again guys!

Some of the reviews here that are negative are bit odd. People buy cars without looking at them and then are surprised at what they get!? Others need parts but never go back to have them installed!? All sounds like buyers who blame their own poor decisions on PLM. Anyways, I had a great experience. I bought a 2000 SLK 230. When I looked at the car it had a whole laundry list of issues I pointed out. Every single one Avi promised to address. After the test drive I expected the sales pressure to kick in under the promise that they would take care of the issues. But there was none, in fact they wouldn't even let me give a down payment, which got me worried that they just would go ahead and sell the SLK to somebody who doesn't care about all the issues. However, they called me back 2 days later all issues fixed. I bought the car, with 3 month warranty (they do that with all cars) and I still love it today 1 year later. I was on their website today to buy another car because I believe in their quality and service. When I saw the bad reviews I had to share my experience.

Avi and his team are super friendly and provide great service. We bought a car from them a couple of years ago and would buy from them again in an instant. They genuinely care for their customers, which is why we'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent dealership, I would recommend them to everybody. They were easy to work with and honest...which is hard to find. I'm from MN and bought the car over the phone. They setup delivery and the car arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the car and how everything worked out.

Avi and Joseph is like my family now. They are honest hard working people. I drive 2 hours to get my car service done. I have tried so many place where I live and they were always trying to ripped me off. I dont trust anyone but Avi to fix my car. When I bought my car from Avi and Joseph I never imagine I will be driving all the way back to santa Monica for any kinda of service but since I dont trust anyone I will keep driving 2 hours for any service from them. So worth it.

My wife wandered in off the street trying to help me find a car for my long commutes. Avi and Joseph were fantastic!! She brought me back a week later and we bought our car and took it home. There were a couple of minor issues with the car once I got it onto the road. I called Avi, brought the car in a couple of weeks later and he fixed EVERYTHING, no charge! I would recommend PLM to anyone/everyone. These guys are nice, honest, and they stand behind their cars. Nuff said!

They are as good as it gets when buying a used car. It looks like they pick the best of the best cars and SUV's out there and then make 'em even better. I spent months searching for a good used car, one that would be reliable and also be a good driving car. The 2001 BMW 530i they had on their lot was the perfect find. Super clean and serviced so that I should be trouble free for at least a few years as long as I keep up on scheduled services. Avi, the car guy, spent nearly half an hour on the phone with me talking about the car and what was done to it, and answered every question in detail. Joseph, who handles the paperwork, answered every question to my satisfaction as well. I'm sure I was a bit of a pain in the *ss with all my questions but Avi was exceptional to talk with.

If you're looking to find that perfect used car, not your run down Yugo's and early Hyundai's, but cars from classics to a nearly new BMW, Mercedes, Audi and more, THIS IS THE PLACE! They've been the best car buying experience I've had since I bought my first car in 1969 back in Costa Mesa, CA.

Completely suprised someone would give this place a one star. Decided to check out their user history. Rated one dealer high, and this one low. Not sure how one could go to a dealer, rate it 5 stars, then go to another and rate it one. Its like saying I bought a car and went to another dealer. I'm not implying anything but I wouldnt recommend trusting them. They said "its funny to read some of the reviews they have left for themselves" yet they made the first comment. Anyways, on with my experiences!

When I bought my car last week, Joseph was extremely understanding and patient. I asked him questions about a variety of vehicles and he answered them in a manner that showed understanding. Overall, the paperwork was quick and simple, payment was smooth, and they told me everything I needed to know. Mr. Nodel's business was the third one I visited. Although I cant remember their names, I remember why I didnt purchase from them; One showed a lack of interest, one kept pushing me for a different, more expensive model, and one seemed to have been angered before I came. Those weren't the ways to treat a customer who was willing to drop thousands of dollars on a single item.

I have already told a few friends about my experience. They couldnt believe it, their experiences were so horrible and the felt like they have been ripped off.

I love family businesses like this one, its just an honest man trying to earn money to support his family. They are the ones with the most experience and I always recommend going to a family business to support citizens like you and I, trying to make a living.

I think I am going to stop here, you understand my point. I think a longer review has to be written for a car dealership than a resturaunt.

The highest quality used cars are at this dealership! All cars are thoroughly detailed and fixed to be mechanically as good as new. Avi ensures everything they have is in perfect condition. This dealership is highly recommended by YouTube's Salomondrin, Parker from VV and all other past customers.

Good dealership, dont try to get a discout though because their cars are inspected and well maintained. I got a 2005 BMW E53. Very happy with my car, so far no issues with the car.
