Thank you to Luis who went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very patient looking everywhere for some snow boots I needed. He was kind enough to call another store so they can place them on hold for me. 10/10 would recommend this location!!!

I have to be honest and say that I don't stop in that frequently, however every time I have, this store is really well managed, well stocked and maintained. The sales people though, could be more friendly.

I love the quality of their products. Definitely my choice for outdoor sports items.

Very friendly associates. I was racing there to return something before closing time and they allowed me in after closing 1 minute . They were courteous and handled my refund quickly and with a smile!

I did not catch his name but he was a sweet person who was nice enough to offer help! He checked the back for what we needed and they had it in stock! He was nice enough to wheel the item out and place it in our car! I complimented his red hair and he was the best worker there! All the other employees were rude and useless as they were not helpful. The cashier was not helpful and pretty careless. She just pointed into the air as if we expected to know the store. Not sure if this was also Emily. Some other Asian lady who was short with like blue colored hair was also rude and did not acknowledge us or say hi.

Came here looking for softball gear found cleats for myself, my son, and my wife all at a reasonable price. Also found baseball pants, baseball belts, and baseball socks. Great selection at reasonable prices and really the only place that you can find these kinds of things if you want to play slow pitch softball. Go Desert Reign Chosen!

Always a good store to find any sport , camping , gym accesories or whatever you need for that good and reasonable prices. Always with discounts and access to get coupons for more discounts . Very reliable store..

Big 5 is my preferred sports store. Very reasonable prices and good service.

The employees are always nice and professional.. My favorite Big 5 even though it is not the closest one to my house i rather drive to this one. Stonewood mall is across the street and there is alot of places to eat around this area also.
