I've filed my taxes with Drako Tax & Accounting and my experience has always been very positive every time. Having filed my taxes here for a number of years I can expect my questions or concerns to be addressed with a thorough answer. Freddy is very knowledgeable of the filing process and policies. I will continue to come here and highly recommend Drako Tax & Accounting.

This place and experience was awesome I had a young lady by the name of Shania Lee due my tax's and she was able to give me max on my tax return I was expecting something small like you know 400, 500 around there but no she got me 2495.85 dollars I was blown away by her expertise, professionalism and a bit of sense of humour made me feel super comfortable, expect me to come back and do my tax's with Drako Tax & Accounting. I've been other places in South Central and I didn't get the treatment as I did here. Hands down best place to get your tax's done.

I reccomend Drako Tax to people I did this years current taxes and I got everything they told me I was going to get and they have a affordable price, I have done taxes In the past with places like h&r block and they have done mistakes on my taxes and they charge way too much, Vanessa was helpful and I got what I was promised thanks.

I was please with the service that I received from my income tax preparer. The people was friendly and fast and reasonable. Come by and check it out

I went to file my taxes in the beginning of February, my mom went a few days after me. My mom got her return and when i asked why i had not got mine -the front office lady said they must have forgotten . Not only had they charged me 160 for my tax preparation but they had not send it . The guy Freddie who did my taxes (the owner or the boss ) never told me how much i was getting when i will be getting them. I trusted them and went to them because i had did them previous years.But he lacks customer service skills, and he is not profesional. He took random calls while he’s with customers and spend most of his time talking on the phone when we were in his office.
I should have took my business ss elsewhere from the begging instead they made me waste my time.. DONT FILE WITH THEM.
