My parents were tricked by this agent a few years ago. My uncle died and left my father in charge of his house. My father found this agent and this woman talked him into lowering the price of the house and paying for the escrow. Made them believe that no offers were being made and only provided them with one. It turns out that she planned it all along and that offer was from her son which at the moment my parents did not know until way later. She took advantage of them. They now see what a snake she was and is. Karma will get you for this. Don’t trust her. She has done this to other people uses them to her own advantage. Unprofessional and fake!
