Skin Remedies is such a highly underrated medical spa. The staff is genuinely friendly and the work the nurses provide produces amazing but natural results. The spa in itself is simply beautiful with its beach themed aesthetic. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a med spa with a variety of treatments and budget conscious prices. 5 star all around!

It’s my first time coming here and my experience was incredible! The ambiance of the spa is amazing! It gives you a zen vibe as soon as you walk in with the waterfall going. Also, they have a really cool fish tank! Gracell was the one who assisted me first, actually she was the person who I talked to on the phone before setting my appointment. I explained to her my concerns and why I want to try laser hair removal again. She was very assuring and informative to a point i schedule my appointment. Whitney was the one who did my laser hair removal she made the whole process easy, made sure i felt comfortable and really took care of me. I highly recommend to stop going to a franchise and make Skin Remedies your FIRST option to book your appointment with.

Skin remedies I first found in the mid 90s in my 20s. I have always felt fortunate to be able to go to my appointments (there standards are high)! From the beginnings Kelly & Carie found this beautiful decorated and boutique property with always love & care & excellence for very reasonable prices. I have always felt I got my moneys worth. So here I am in 2024 at 53 yrs old now getting high quality treatments still. I felt motivated of my own accord. I was looking forward to my microneedling appointment. I went on a Monday and found street parking easily.

I was greeted warmly by the office manager. After filling out some forms, Whitney introduced herself as the nurse performing the microneedling.

Whitney performed a mini facial first because of my dry skin. I appreciated the nose extraction the most. She advised a few tips for my dry skin. The numbing cream aided with experiencing with minimal pain. The needle depth was point two five.

Whitney asked periodically how the pain level was & proceeded accordingly. At most, the microneedling was mildly uncomfortable. She made several passes of microneedling. Whitney described every step of the process as she was about to do which I appreciated. After the treatment, Whitney applied the hydromatrix gel using a cool roller. That felt very soothing.

I used the restroom after the treatment. The restroom was very clean.

Overall, I'm glad I went. I already booked my next appointment which I'm looking forward to.

I can go anywhere and get filler, botox, etc., but at Skin Remedies Medical, where I have gone for over a year, I get personal attention that differs from other places I have tried. The team takes the time to understand my wants/needs and provides supportive feedback to get the great results I seek. For filler/botox, ask for Colleen; she is incredibly knowledgeable, a consummate professional, careful, and a true artist.

I cannot praise this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. However, the real gem here is Whitney – she’s simply amazing! Skin Remedies is fantastic. I have been looking for a place like this for years and I am so grateful to have finally found it. I have been getting Botox for years but with mixed results and I did not do it regularly because I wasn't always happy with the results and it's too expensive and high stakes to have such inconsistent outcomes but Whitney at Skin Remedies is so talented. I have never had it done so well with such perfect and yet natural results. I also agreed to try filler for the first time to replace fat that I lost with age that was causing sag in my jowls. I look a decade younger but I also look totally natural. People keep saying I "look great" but they can't put their finger on why. Whitney not only has an excellent eye and taste but she is expert in the physiology so she knows exactly what she's doing. There is nothing intuitive about her practice. It's both a science and an art for her. She knows how to administer the injections painlessly. I never even flinched. At times, I wasn't even sure she had stuck me!
