I booked a group trip to Ensenada Mexico. I paid a $300.00 deposit on March 6, 2019, but did not receive a confirmation of having booked this trip. On May 29, 2019, I was told my trip was cancelled. I spoke with Marie Maxie, who has been nothing more than rude and unhelpful. This is truly a nightmare.
