I had a great experience working with them. Saw the used car online, came in to see it, test drove it, took it to my mechanic for his seal of approval and just like that, I knew I was gonna buy it. Iman was very nice and helpful, I was paying cash, so he waited until after hours for me to arrive with the cash. we had no issues and I walked out with a good used Toyota. Hope this helps!

I bought a car here in April 2023. The price was honest and I was relieved that they do not tack on extra dealer fees other than the usual tax and license fee. I worked with Iman, and he was accommodating in the purchasing process and easy to work with in getting small things addressed before taking the vehicle. He was no-nonsense and straightforward about what he could and could not do, and quick to get things processed. The technicians were also helpful and friendly. I have had no issues with the vehicle since buying it, and I would buy here again.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Erick helped us view the van that we were interested in. He was very easy to talk to and he is bilingual which was great for my mom. We had bought our previous van here and we were ready for a newer one. They took back the old van and we were able to drive out of the lot with the new one. I really appreciate the time he took out of his day to wait for me to come out of work and finalize the deal. Thank you Erick! I will definitely be back when we need another car! My just turned 18-year-old son and I began looking for his first car to purchase for himself in May of this year. After determining what kind of car he wanted and doing lots of research, we discovered Austra Motors. Danny was amazing and helped make my son's first car purchase a father/son event we will long remember!

I bought a car for my son in May 2023 and it was a very good experience. They were honest and the price was competitive. The owner came in on a Sunday morning to close the deal. In addition, my title and registration came in on time.

I called Austra Motors to confirm they still had the Prius V that I wanted. I spoke to Eric who confirmed that the vehicle was in stock. Eric also said the car did not smell of smoke. Even though the dealership was more than an hour from my home, the trip was completely worth it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to be able to pay for the car the same day. It was a great experience. My friend who came with me to help drive the cars home also said it was the easiest and fastest car-buying experience she had seen.

Fantastic place to do business with. I just purchased a car from these guys and it was a no frills no haggle situation. I asked for the price of the car OTD and we were able to make a deal, they did not try to upsell anything or try to force me to deal in a different direction! I was in and out with my new car in about 30 mins! Erick was great to deal with and would recommend this place anytime!
