I've been coming here for a few years now and every visit has been an amazing experience! All of their staff members and doctors are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They really make you feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!! :)

I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years because of anxiety and I knew it was finally time to go. I found Downey Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and they made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable here. They were very patient and understanding while working on me and I will definitely be coming back here to do my regular cleanings once they've done the rest of my work. Truly grateful for them!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted promptly and helped right away. It was only a short wait to be called back to have a CT Scan performed. In spite of having a problem with getting the machine to work, it was fixed promptly and the test was done with no problems. I was pleased with my visit to this dental office and would recommend it to others.

I got zoom whitening at Downey family and loved the results and the service so much! The office was so cute and so clean and the staff soo sweet and so nice. Yvette, Joanna, and Nader at the front were so lovely and kind. Lilly and Vanessa helped me with the treatment. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was about an hour and a half and went very smooth and. My teeth look great! I absolutely recommend Downey Family & Cosmetic Dentistry

Staff was courteous, efficient and gave a complete evaluation of with substantive explanations and suggestions for treatment. I haven't smiled consciously for photos for sometime. I hope after my next visit here I will regain that confidence back.

I really don't like going to the dentist I've had bad experiences. My friend told me about this place I gave it a try and I like it. The staff is friendly. They gave me options before doing any service. So far everything I have gotten done has been good.
I noticed many people say it's expensive but I think it's like that everywhere. Our insurance only covers a portion and we need to cover the rest. I would recommend this place.

Came in for a routine check-up and cleaning and everyone here is a consummate professional! Maria and Denny were super welcoming and nice, they're make a dynamic duo for front facing customer service! Nader was really helpful and accommodating with making my appointments. Doctor Magda and her assistant (whose name sadly I missed!) Were amazing, super accommodating, understanding, and gentle. The location was clean and we'll taken care of. I'm definitely coming back to this dentistry from now on!

Great office felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped in !! Maria & Denny sanitized and took my temperature right away and were really helpful ! Office was really clean and organized ! Best experience from all the other dentist offices I’ve been too. When it came to talking financially I really appreciated how they made accommodations and plans for me that really worked out . Looking forward to my next appointment with them !

Best office I've been to!!They are super friendly ! They make you feel comfortable and to top it off they are great with not having you waiting long. They usually have me checked in and into a room right away. The assistants are super helpful and make you feel at home! Aside from this whole pandemic the great thing about this office is that they sanitize EVERYTHING and are constantly wiping and sanitizing after every patient that comes in including temperatures as soon as you walk in. You need to try it out you wont regret it!!!!!!!

Love this dental office! The staff is very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Don't feel like I get the big up-sell or pressure to do things RIGHT NOW. They seem willing to work with you to get a financial plan that works for you. Office is clean, modern, and cool. I appreciate the sterile technique and methods they use - but mostly I think the staff are what make the office such a pleasant place to come to. Everyone is happy, helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable from the moment you enter to the time you leave.

This dental office is great, the staff remembers your name and life or at least mine....lol the doctors are super honest and they're really professional. From the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctors, they're all great. They're nice and they are well educated on everything that has to do with dental. I recommend them. They may not be the cheapest, but it's worth every penny and the hospitality is second to none. You won't regret it. :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also

Let me start by saying that I don't do reviews, BUT this was defiantly worth my time. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Jade. She was so sweet and helpful the whole step of the way... ohh and she was super patient. Sylvia did my e-ray and she was so gentle ( I was in so much pain) she smiled and explained every step as she was doing it. …. Dr. MaryAnn was the just awesome. She took her time to explain what was happening and why. I'm not one to trust dentists but I trust her. I must say, this was the BEST DENTAL office and experience I have ever been to and had. Kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and most helpful set of people work there. So if your looking for a dental home, you've just found it.

Downey Family Cosmetic Dentistry is the best dentist in all of Southern California. Starting with the staff (Antoinette, Amanda, Melissa, Virginia, Silvia) as you walk in the office, they make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. They always have a smile on their face and are always so willing to answer all your questions and concerns. Then there is Dr. Hadis, what can I say but awesome. She is so caring of all your needs and concerns, she sits there and actually listens to you before she even picks up any equipment. And while she is doing her wonderful work she still is concerned about your well being. From beginning to end not a single once of pain or discomfort, I refer this office and dentist to anyone who really wants to get their dental work done right and feel like they really care about you. Best office and staff hands down.

Excellent work my daughter is extremely happy with this place and the work they've done! I just started bringing my daughter here last week , she feels so comfortable in this office as soon as we walked in the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and very kind! As well as Dr. Ben he is the nicest and his assistants are really sweet I highly recommend this dentristy.

Well as for a lot of people we are scared of the dentist that is me terrified. They made me feel comfortable and was patient with me. I had some crowns done and I can honestly say not bad at all of an experience. Please take the opportunity to visit this facility as they truly make you feel better having your dental work done here.

I highly recommend this group. It was very easy to make an appointment. I was seen on time and never felt rushed. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr.Reyhani is very careful and made sure I was not in pain. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure. The office is clean and the atmosphere calming. I will definitely continue to get my care here.

Great customer service, very clean and the decor very glam. I love the complimentary treats like coffee, juices and nutritional bars. Located in a great Area.. They went above and beyond with my 6 year old that had many questions about his teeth cleaning, and they patiently explain everything to him (reassuring that it would not hurt) amazing staff.

Came here a couple months ago to start a new treatment since my last dentist left me traumatized. They made me feel welcomed and cared about. The always greet you right when you walk in and get you in to see the dentist right away. I can also gladly say that they will get you in ASAP if you have any issues with your teeth. I, for example, had a bad tooth ache and they were able to offer me a same day appointment. Friendly staff and great service!

The professionalism of the staff is amazing and surprising . Dr. Sara was sincere and direct with my treatment options. Willy her assistant was courteous and polite. Even the greeting you receive when you walk in is outstanding it makes you smile. Bertha in management made me feel I was in good hands. I would refer my own family here.
