Before making my purchase I spoke with one of the guys who was very friendly and helpful. Came back after weekend to pur hase he wasn't there. But purchased the machine we had previously discussed.

We went in had a good experience and agreed to a purchase. The salesmen promised a very nice box to put machine on as part of the machine purchase price plus delivery for $100 to include set up and demonstration of machine. We waited anxiously all next day until that evening it finally showed up. But no box and delivery guy had no knowledge of it. We had nothing to set it up on and couldn't have got something ourselves even if we wanted because we had no dimensions. We sent it back. This was Fri so we had to wait until Mon for our contact to get box and make arrangements for our machine to be delivered. Not a word. Tues afternoon with no contact so we called the store. Told salesman was with a customer and would return call. A month later still waiting.

Horrible experience. I tried to negotiate with them and they shut me down. Don't waste your money with these guys, you will overpay and they will blame ebay for their crazy prices. A total useless company and a scam.

Guy was so rude. Wouldn’t let me speak on the phone, kept cutting me off 👎🏻

Horrible customer service. A guy on the phone yelled at me and hung up for no reason.
