Arby's - I hadn't had it for years. Today I did. The service at this location was excellent. Professional and courteous. The food was fresh and hot still once I arrived home. The roast beef and cheddar wasn't as tasty as I remember. Otherwise, as fast food goes, the meal was pretty good. Giving credit where credit is due given staffing shortage at many drive throughs and having to order food from careless employees who are seemingly poorly-trained.

My cashier Kayla was very kind to me when I came through the drive thru on Halloween. I was having a really bad day, I am in missouri for a travel nursing assignment & this is my first holiday away from my family. She had a great attitude despite working on Halloween. Kayla offered me a sucker which made my entire night. I appreciate her very much. You are lucky to have her on your team!

Dining room was clean the staff greeted us when we came in and the food was hot and fresh and the staff was also friendly.
Wish they would bring back the potato cake's..

Great food. Fast and fresh. Never a problem with the staff. Usually pretty helpful about specials.

Haven't been to an Arby's in years. Had a burger meal and it was great. The restaurant was clean, service was fast and staff was friendly and courteous. Will come again!

Friendly, communicative, patient, and accommodating staff. Kayla at the drive-through was alright on top of things before discussing it when something was discovered to be out. It almost seemed rather dismissive, but I'm glad I didn't act irrationally as it went extremely smooth compared to other places. I appreciate good customer service.

Only stopped here once while in St Louis, but the good was good.

Went through drive thru. About 4 cars ahead of me but the line moved quickly and I had my food right when I paid for it and it was the way I ordered it and it was hot and delicious.

Best service ever. Guy at window was super friendly and proffesional. Our DrPepper tasted a little off. He immediately checked the machine and got us another drink. Even had us taste the new one before we left to make sure it was good. No funky attitude or weirdness you get at other restaurants drive-thrus if there's an issue. Had this been Jack in the Box, it would've been a whole fight to get a different drink.

Always good fresh food fast and excellent service at this location.

Always a great place when I go. I'll bring a coupon that I receive in the mail and show up from 2-5 pm (Happy Hour) and grab about 6 sliders that are one buck a piece for happy hour. Be eating good for 3 days:)

Went through the drive thru and food was hot and the staff was friendly. There was a decent size line as well but they moved quickly.

I don't think I've been here in ages where they've failed to be courteous and respectful. That goes a long way with me. Unlike most fast food places locally, I don't think I've ever gotten shorted food here, and we try to eat at a variety of places - at least once a week. They're good at getting the order right, and it's good. And frankly, even if the food was "just average" I'd go back, because the folks working the window are friendly and don't treat you like an inconvenience. Seems like the only place you find workers like that are in QuikTrips these days, but no - this Arby's has some. It's important. And that's why I'll keep going back once in awhile whereas some places have lost my business for good. Just be nice; that's a great start to my meal. These folks get it. Brisket sandwich is delish, btw and those orange cream shakes are amazing.

The food tasted delicious. The service was very fast. Carl cooked the best fries I have ever had. The service could not be better. The meat was fresh and tender. The restaurant was very clean even the bathrooms. I highly recommend this place.

I was a bit disappointed to go for an item that was out (the smores shake which they replaced out with another shake but I had been craving that), and then my bag started to rip on me! Thankfully while still at the counter. Why five stars then? Because the staff was above friendly and apologetic, and even though I was fine moving the curly fries from the broken bag to the new bag, they insisted on getting me new curly fries. I'd probably give my sandwich 4 stars, but what do you expect with fast food? Always love curly fries though. I appreciate the staff's work and attitude.

Computers went down said they be up about 10-15 minutes, could wait an park ,after they came took my order,,then i backed up to the window was getting ready to pay, manger said it was on Arby's because i waited. I thank here an said i could pay but she said no. Thank you so much. The food was awesome. Will be back. Thank you

I love a good Arby's sandwich, maybe it's their bread, maybe it's the meat. It's always delicious. This place is typically quick, you can get in and out if needed. Clean environment friendly helpful staff. Will return
