Love this clinic! I have probably tried ever single service here possible ha ha. I love all the staff - they are all super experienced, helpful, patient, and know what they’re doing.

The clinic itself is super clean and easy to find. I always feel very catered to when I visit. I do my routine Botox here with Nurse Cho. Cleopatra Medical Aesthetics has increased the youthfulness and vitality of my skin and I have gotten so many compliments and questions of where I get my procedures done. This has been one of the best investments I have made. Nurse Cho is very skillful and such a wonderful person. It is 100% worth the money. I recommend this place to anybody wanting to improve the health and aesthetic of their skin.

Great service and reasonable price. I have been here for 2 years for Ultherapy. This year l got Ultherapy plus sofwave , hydra facial treatment, botox and fat dissolving. My facial skin look really great. They are very professional and not push you for sell. I would love to come back here again and recommend it for others.

Seriously, one of the best places I've ever been. Place itself is clean and welcoming. First thing they did was have you discuss what your main skin concerns were. The aesthetician took one look at my face and knew exactly what my skin issues were without me telling her. I have some dark sun spots on the sides of my cheek that I absolutely hate. She recommended trying the PicoToning laser treatment that could lighten the spots and improve my skin texture.

First, they took photos of my face for their patient files. Then, they start the treatment by cleaning your face and applying numbing gel. After the gel has had time to set, the aesthetician did multiple laser treatments on my face. She's very thorough and attentive. She then ends the laser treatment with a nice cooling mask.

I like the treatment so much that I ended up getting a series package and a few skincare products afterwards. I wasn't pressured into buying. I'm not an impulsive person too but I've never felt so at home or relaxed at a spa before. Their staff are amazing and so inviting. I actually live in South Bay and drive all the way here to get these treatments because I feel that their staff truly care about your skin.

I've been coming to Cleopatra for a while now to get hair removal done. The employees and Nurse Kim always take their time to apply numbing cream and make sure that I am comfortable to make the process as easy as possible. It is a little painful but Nurse Kim moves quickly and after a few times the pain decreases. After 6 visits my hair is almost completely gone. I plan on continuing until my hair is completely gone. I also got Pixel-8 done by Nurse Cho to help with acne and scarring. Once again the team did their best to make sure I was comfortable, they gave me oral painkillers, and post-care serum. I was red and had tiny needle marks for about 4 days. After a month I noticed that my scarring was much lighter and my skin had evened out. I will continue to get my skin care done at Cleopatra. After going to numerous high profile places in LA and getting results that I wasn't happy with, I decided to try a more Korean approach to my skin. That was 5 years ago and I've never left! Miog is an amazing injector and she always goes for results that look natural and works with your face, instead of the very "LA" look that a lot of people in Beverly Hills default to (which is fine, but not for me). My fillers and botox results are always beautiful and subtle. I also love that they specialize in treatments that were either created or perfected in Korea/Asia, like laser toning (which is also amazing). The staff is very kind and cheerful, and they always help me when a treatment is painful.

They're also never pushy or try to upsell! I've been to places where someone circled everything "wrong " with my face. But when I ask Miog and the staff about trendy and expensive new treatments, they're always honest and tell me when I don't need something.

Overall just a great place for thoughtful, subtle and natural results!

I came here for underarm removal and for a hydrofacial. The clinicians here are very nice and tailored care specifically to what I needed for my face and body. Free parking in the back.

This review is longgggg overdue. I've been receiving services for years now. Things are ever changing as my skin and my needs change. I first came to Cleopatra for help with my acne. And as you can see from the photos it was pretty bad. I tried the cleansing products, lasers, facials, injections. Honestly, there was no quick fix and I still get flares now and then but they're much more manageable and I know that if things get worse, I have a reliable place to go back for maintenance treatments. My favorite treatment for acne has been Agnes which uses radiofrequency to destroy the gland/pore. So in the places I have the Agnes used, I haven't gotten another pimple.

Now scarring and pigmentation: the ugly reminder that you used to have acne. I've done chemical peels, lasers, Lytera, eCO2, microneedling. The whole nine yards. For me, I think I saw the best results with the deep scarring from using the eCO2 laser that works to resurface the skin. And a series of microneedling treatments that improves overall texture and smooths things out. And lots of sunscreen to prevent the redness and pigmentation from getting worse.

Most recently, I've decided to do some CoolSculpting to help me get rid of some of the weight I've gain since restarting school. They made it as comfortable a procedure as possible so it was really easy.

All in all, there are a multitude of reasons I keep coming back here. I lived across the country for a few years and overseas for another couple of years and I still made the effort to come here when I was back home in LA for the holidays. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and nice. They will go out of their way to make things as comfortable as easy as possible. They are so accommodating. There were a few times that I was frustrated with them, especially when I was dealing with the acne and scarring but they could not be more understanding. They really went out of their way to work with me and make sure I was satisfied. They followed up with me so many times to check on my progress. I get that no clinic is perfect and that everyone can respond differently to the same service. So the fact that they don't try to blame me or just pretend it has nothing to do with them is a huge huge reason why I stay loyal. They are also really honest. I have never felt pushed into a service. They give me the information and their recommendations and let me make the decision. They've also dissuaded me from receiving treatment when they thought it was unnecessary. In a world where every customer is just a dollar sign to most businesses, it is really refreshing to be treated this way.

Lastly, their prices are really competitive. Especially for the services they offer. I know I've received a lot of services but probably would've paid double or triple for some of the procedures that I've had done at other places. I gotten microneedling in the east coast and they charged triple what I paid here, and had none of the aftercare and comfort they provide at Cleopatra. And I post the picture of the CoolSculpting machine to let people know they only use real company branded products, including that for fillers and Botox, not any of the fake stuff that can be floating around! So if you go elsewhere, make sure to check that they use real stuff!

Anyways, whether you're looking for a quick treatment or hoping for a place that comprehensively meets a wide variety of aesthetic needs, I highly recommend them. I hope they stay open for a longggg time so I always know I can go somewhere I trust!

In the past 15 years, I have tried various aesthetic medicine treatments at many different places. Mrs. Chu at Cleopatra is by far the best. She is very knowledgeable in problematic skin conditions and super detail oriented in her work. With 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, she really know what she is doing.

She successfully treated those severe brown spots on my face using the combination of Q Switch and CO2 laser. She used Agnes to reduce a cyst on my neck with no scarring. You can tell she just want to do what is best her patients. I am so pleased with the result each time, and always looking forward to my next appointment.

The manager Joanne is also very knowledgeable of the available treatments in the market. She was very patience with me during my first consultation, taking time to answer all my questions professionally.

Last but not least, their pricing is very competitive in the area. Once you become a customer, they really take good care of you. They never nickel and dime with me. I feel like money well spent under their care.

I feel very lucky in finding a place like Cleopatra to take care of my skin. My friends always compliment me on my beautiful skin and the reason is Ms. Cho. She examines my face and tells me to remove all the age spots by laser and every two or three weeks I have a facial by the Aesthetician Christine. I have been going to Cleopatra for the last five years because of the cleanliness, the capable workers, and a reasonable price. I would recommend Cleopatra to anyone who wants to have good skin care. I know that they will not be disappointed.
