Dr. Jack was super friendly and accommodating. He took care of me right away and answered all of my questions. I was in the store less than 15 minutes and that included a phone call to my oral surgeon. Superb Service!

The best pharmacy in Westside area, Shahab and Jack are so friendly and helpful pharmacists.I ran out of my blood pressure medication on a weekend and I called the emergency# on the pharmacy door then Jack came and opened up the pharmacy only for me although they are closed on Saturdays.Clean,roomy,nice staff,highly recommended.

I have been a customer for many years. The professional employees and pharmaceutical doctors at west side pharmacy go out of their way to help their customers out. I have never received such a fantastic service any where else. My only regret is for not sharing my experience with others sooner.

Because of the great medications

This places hours make it almost impossible to fit picking up into your schedule. At the walk up window it took 5-10 minutes for anyone to even talk to me after I rang the bell and the place was dead. Then it took them 20 more minutes to tell me that they don't accept 3 of the most common insurances. Westside is inconvenient with pretty bad customer service.

Incredibly rude. Answering the phone as if they are already irritated with me, I ask about the state of my prescription that was sent to them and with no explanation I'm told that she simply doesn't want to order it? Aren't you a pharmacy? This is an awful place to help you manage your personal health.

Wanted to go here to support a mom and pop shop but they can’t even cover a copay (which is free elsewhere with my basic state insurance) for an off brand birth control so I’ve had to switch elsewhere. Also felt super unwelcome both in person and on the phone.

I called to see if they had a medication in stock, since a lot of pharmacies in the area are currently out. The woman that answered the phone was very rude, cut me off, said "we don't have" and hung up. Plenty of other pharmacies with great customer service, I can't even imagine being a customer...

I sent my prescription here after calling to confirm they have it. It turns out they don’t have it. Waste of time.
