I was skeptical at first, having been a dancer years ago and now a 50 year old grandma, I didn't want to stick out like a sore thumb so to speak. Let me tell you, all that went out the window with my first class. The instructors are WONDERFUL, they make it so much fun! They take their time with the people who are slower, at the same time keeping it pumped up for the more experienced people. Honestly, if you're 17 and weigh 100 pounds, or over 60 and weigh 200 pounds, YOU WILL ENJOY THIS CLASS! The hour just seems to fly by. Whether you're just trying to tone up, you want to lose weight, or you just want to get out of your rut for an hour, you owe it to yourself to give this a try.
