I called today to ask for a product price to take the right amount and the lady was so rude over the phone... Saying "we can't give you the price" I told her okay I was just asking to pull money out of my bank account cause I hardly carry cash and she said "well that's your problem just bring the money!". I thought that was so rude and I'm very disappointed. If they want customers to keep returning...that's not the proper way to speak to a client.
