My husband and I just purchased first dream house and I could not done it without Kevin Cho. He is courteous, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. Also, he is very patient while we worked to find the right place for us. First buying house is such a big deal and stressful but my experience was wonderful because Kevin guided with my husband and I though every step of the process and answer the questions we had. We had great luck of working with Kevin Cho to purchase our first home. Kevin helped us every step from an offer to closing. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Kevin!!

Such unprofessional and clueless so-called real estate ‘agents’ who lack basic knowledge about leasing, instead focusing solely on pushing prospective clients. I've had several showings arranged by agents from Dream Realty, and they were the worst experiences I've had. How can a showing agent forget the unit number of the listing they were appointed to show? They fail to accomplish anything, appearing clumsy and incompetent. I will avoid any of listings associated with this company from now on, and I'll spread the word among the LA community. They make promises during showings but fail to provide clear answers, and the conditions they set are often not met. Beware of these so-called agents when attempting to purchase or rent a property. What a joke.

This is the worst property management company I have had the misfortune of meeting and I strongly, strongly recommend you find help elsewhere. They are unresponsive to issues of broken things in the building and only respond immediately if there is a chance for them to fine you. They change rules constantly in order to best suit their interests, literally changing documents and re-sending them to you in emails pretending that they didn't update the rules so that you're suddenly violating them and they can fine you. When attempting to call them about anything that you may need help with, they are incredibly rude and even hung up on us once when we were calling because the garage was broken saying they didn't know how to help us.

Overall, they're only out for their own money and care very, very little about the actual people. I would steer as clear as you possibly could.

I would strongly advise first-time homebuyers to steer away from working with Dream Realty on the purchase of their first home. I would, instead, unequivocally recommend Redfin.

My fiance and I dealt with Charles Cha who was not only "very green" as per his colleague, Elijah Shin, but also grossly unethical. In short, Charles Cha misled us regarding the duration of escrow of a property on which we placed an offer. Mr. Cha and the preferred lender - an even more unethical businessperson, Mr. Nathan Kwak - stated a 21-30 day escrow, which was in sharp contrast to the actual 90-day escrow period of which Charles Cha's Supervisor and President of Dream Realty, Kenneth Chung, would subsequently inform us.

In addition to misleading us regarding the duration of escrow, Charles Cha and the preferred lender, Nathan Kwak, also threatened to rescind our contract because we decided to work with Quicken Loans for our mortgage needs.

At no point in time did Dream Realty President, Kenneth Chung, answer our emails, much less take responsibility for its agent's negligence and misrepresentation. We have filed a lawsuit and will update our review accordingly when the matter has been settled. Stay tuned.

사진 찍는 날짜가 다 따로정해져있었는데 계약과 관련없는 자신의 남편을 데려와서 그 남편이 제 동의없이 준비되지 않은 집사진을 함부로 폰으로찍어 리스팅을 했습니다. 그 리스팅조차 계약과는 관련없는 이름으로 되있었고 저는 모든 계약을 엎어야했습니다. 이분들과 계속했었다면 큰일날뻔했습니다 조심하세요.
