This was by far the best car renting experience I've had, and I travel quite a bit. Pick up was quick and easy, the staff were friendly, and the return was quick. I appreciated the employees checking the car with me - really shows how transparent they are.

Also, I dread renting a car as I'm still under 25 - those underaged fees can easily double the cost of the rental. However, the fees here were the lowest (roughly 1/3 of what they are everywhere else) I've ever seen so as a full time student, I REALLY appreciated that.

Next time I'm in LA, I'm absolutely using YesAway again! Thanks y'all :)

Was a little sussy because its cheap but I paid $200 for a 2021 Toyota RAV4 with 40k miles for three days, including a $30 young driver fee. Their staff is responsive and does their best to help you, they were really nice when I needed to change my original reservation. They don't have an official shuttle, but they picked me up in a timely manner using their own car/van! Would do it again

just came back from our LA trip, we rent a RAV4 at Yesaway, very good service, friendly staff and reliable car, no problem at all, they offer shuttle back & forth from airport, will recommend this company.

Extremely smooth pickup and drop off process. The driver comes pick you up from the airport as long as you provide the flight number. The checkout is straight forward and very quick. The cars are newer with features such as Apple car play with a charger for the car. The people are friendly and drop off is at airport valet and the person drops you off directly at the airport in the same car. Leaves you with no hassle transferring luggage. Overall great experience and would recommend this car rental place to anyone traveling to Los Angeles.

I booked a car for 6 days in early February and everything went very smoothly. Car was as described and even had a few extras inside. Staff were easy to work with and very helpful when dealing with. Only slight issue, was had to call back to be re-imbursed for Uber receipt, but didn't affect overall experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service with a very competitive price. The car was well-maintained. It was a Ford focus which is definitely no frills car. The service was excellent and they dropped me at my hotel. I am so thankful though that I do not drive a Ford focus everyday but for what I needed it it did the job well.

Rented a car with them last week for 4 days I spend in LA. The best rental car place I have used before. The prices are very low..No hidden charges. They reimbursed my Uber right away and had a shuttle ready to take me to the airport on my return date. I had a very late flight, but they waited for me until almost 1am to pick up my car. I can express enough how great this company is anf their staff. I wish they had offices in more cities. Will definitely be using them again and again next time I am in LA

Great experience at the office near LAX — picked up right away by a nice man in a Mercedes minivan, very fast and straightforward, right to a car with only 4,000 miles on it. Yes, the office was a little sketchy, under an overpass with trash out front, but I've waited in long lines and endured hard insurance upsells getting cars at LAX from "name brand" agencies and I got none of that here. We were on the road in minutes. Same with the return. One walk around the car and he drove us straight to the terminal.

Great experience and excellent value! The staff were very helpful and completely transparent with us. The car that we had was very well kept and clean, with a useful accessories (i.e. phone chargers, phone holder). They offer a complimentary Uber service from the airport when you arrive, as well as a shuttle bus service from their place to the airport after you drop off the car.

We rented a car for a week while in LA. Originally rented a standard sedan for a great price. but as many have commented, they didn’t have any available so they upgraded us to a large suv which was great. My phone didn’t fit in the grill holder but the power cords that were already provided were a big help.
The lot is a ways off where most of the other companies are so they offered a free Uber ride but at the time the waits for an Uber were over a half hour for everyone leaving LAX so it was just faster and same price to get a regular cab. They actually offered to reimburse for the cab ride over which really impressed me. Unfortunately we did not have a receipt for it so mental note, next time get a receipt. They did also have a free shuttle back to the airport at the end of the trip that was ready to go immediately.
Staff was not overly talkative but were very friendly and pleasant.
Good experience all the way around for us.

Amazing service and cheapest car rental in LA by far. They even come pick you up from the airport, instead of taking a shuttle to their lots. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. I am definitely using Yesaway the next time we're back in LA.

Rented a car here using an app, it was cheap! We were lucky to be able to find this place. You get to enjoy the city by driving without spending so much. Their customer service is awesome too!

The service was awesome and they're very nice in helping out. The car is brilliant and clean. The center looks old but who cares. It's the car I'm renting.

My husband and I stumble upon YesAway Car Rental. Our original plans fell through with a car reservation using an app I found available in L.A. The staff at YesAway stepped right in w/o hesitation and assisted us. We were in L.A. for business and my husband birthday. When the staff heard it was his birthday they blessed us with a 20% discount. I will definitely check for a YesAway location whenever I travel and need to rent a car first before going anywhere else!
