Itay and his crew installed a new mini split for us and he came up with a very creative and functional solution to a site problem. The work was done promptly and to the highest standards. The estimate was competitive and it was so nice to have someone who actually knew the ins and outs giving us the estimate instead of just a sales person as so many corporate providers do. He explained everything very well and did a great job. We would use Comfort 1 again.

I cannot speak highly enough of our technician Tye. Unlike the previous company that came out three weeks prior, Comfort One was on time and was able to accommodate a same day appointment. Tye was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the repairs being done on our unit. He did not attempt to upsell me( at least it don’t feel like it. Lol), and the price for the repairs seemed more than reasonable. He even went the extra mile and spoke with my homeowners warranty company explaining exactly what was being done so that I may submit the invoice for reimbursement. The house is finally cooling down and I couldn’t be any more grateful.

Comfort 1 made my experience getting a new HVAC that connected effectively with my solar system very easy. Itay knows his business and when he recommended a state of the art system by Bosch that would seamlessly work with our solar array, I was in. When they arrived to install, Itay explained that Bosch sent him the wrong unit. I ordered an 18 SEER and he received a 20. Of course, the unit was more expensive than the original estimate; however, Comfort 1 honored the original bid and gave me a Ferrari (his words) to replace my 40 year old unit.

Itay diagnosed and explained the problem very clearly and came up with a clear proposal and price quickly for the problem and a well-needed service for 3 compressors. The service was done when promised and as promised which is so important since I am a Realtor. I have used before and will use again.

I'm honestly so happy I found Comfort 1 as my system was old and breaking down. Itay was able to fix it fast and replace the parts I needed at a good rate without me having to install a new system which was my concern. Best company by far! After going with many different other companies they could not resolve the issue I had with the unit. Then I called Comfort 1 and as soon as they arrived they told me what the problem is and fixed it on the spot. They have a lot of knowledge and experience working with air conditioning.
