Parkview Pet Hospital - Long Beach

The staff was so caring, respectful and patient when I went there to put my 18 year old dog down. It was a very emotional time but I never once felt rushed or that my dog and I were just another customer to get through. All my questions were kindly answered and the process was not stressful for my dog at all. I ended up getting a pawprint and they were very good about communicating the time it would be ready and calling me when it was time to pick it up. I felt supported through such a difficult time, and that made such a difference.

I've been going to this pet hospital for years and they are just the sweetest, most lovely people to trust with your animals. The staff is fantastic and its obvious how much they care for and respect all their patients. They are so understanding when it comes to answering my questions too, which I usually have a lot of because im an anxious cat owner! They saved my older cat's life when he had a bladder blockage and have been so helpful with our new kitten as well. Genuinely love you guys so much, thank you for all your hard work and taking the best possible care of my kitties<3

This is the best pet hospital for your pet! 1. Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. 2. The place is clean, well maintained and equipped. They have everything they need to take care of your dog. You don’t need to re schedule appointments for ultrasounds or specialized services. 3. The doctor is very friendly, he gives you enough time to answer your questions.

This team is amazing. We have been taking our dog here for over 2 years. They’re always so helpful with scheduling, the doctor is incredibly personable and communicative. You can really tell that the entire team truly loves the work they do and they always care for Caleb (our Golden Retriever) as if he was their own. Prices are always reasonable and transparent. I have nothing but great things to say. I recommend them to all our local friends and neighbors.

My fur baby, an Akita dog, woke up limping and with a swollen paw. I was panicked because we thought she fractured it and needed to schedule an emergency appointment. They were able to squeeze her in on that same day and ease all our worry. Thank you so much for your friendly service and empathy always ❤

I will never forget their service over quarantine -- I remember during a time that I really needed medication for my cat, they had me pick up the medication (no contact) taped to their back door same day. I was practically a brand new customer, but I didn't receive a bill for it until a couple days later, which shocked me based off past experiences at other animal hospitals. I realized that this was a vet that cared more about my pet than the profits. They have always kept my cat's best interest in mind. I have been taking my fur baby there for the past couple years and Parkview has not let me down.

This place fit me in as a walk in within 30 minutes of my call. They treated my dog with care. I feel like the doctor and staff were attentive and informative, down to precise instructions for application of medication.

Clean facility, knowledgeable staff and physician, and great customer service.

They've been very helpful each time I've come. Due to social distancing/construction, they have you wait in your car out back. They usually send a really nice attendant to go over everything with you and take your fur baby in. They even charge you at your car. It's pretty convenient, and they never pressure you to do more than your pet needs.

Brought both dogs here, both consults $30 ea which is great considering his bigger size. Our smaller one needed updated vaccines also reasonable price. They came out to the car to get each dog. Great experience!

Dr Chami and his staff go above and beyond very caring and compassion care for my pets. I am happy I found a great vet like him and his staff. It's hard to find a great vet now of days. I appreciate their care thanks for everything.

The entire staff, including the veterinarian , were incredibly professional. My dog’s problem was minor but he can be fearful and thus difficult to examine and they were great with him. I was totally satisfied.

Just had my first visit here at Parkview with my senior kitty and the staff especially Joe R and the vet Dr. Chami were so nice, informational and detailed. My kitty was very well taken care of and almost was immediately calmer after leaving. I think they cured his fear of the vet! Thank you guys for the amazing experience and extra love for my scared baby. I just moved to the area and i am proud to say this is our vets office!

I had to take my dog in for emergency tooth extraction and cleaning. My Yourkie is very happy now! I want to note that medications were labeled very clearly and overall they provided superior service, to top it off price was extremely competitive!

Very professional, easy appointment process. Plenty of parking and great location. My first time there and a technician meets you in the parking lot, gathers needed info and then takes your pet inside. The veterinarian then comes outside and gives you a recap and answers any questions. Then a technician brings your pet back outside to you and collects payment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Chami. Not only did they save my pet's life when other veterinarians could not, but they also demonstrated honesty, compassion, and affordability throughout the entire process. Dr. Chami was honest with me about the potential costs and outcomes of treatment, which helped me make informed decisions about my pet's care. The price of the treatment was fair and reasonable, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Dr. Chami's compassion and genuine concern for my pet's wellbeing were evident in their communication and actions, and I felt like my pet was in good hands at all times. Everyone is helpful. Paperwork was brought out to my car, questions were asked there as to the symptoms my cat was experiencing and they took him in to be examined. So different due to this pandemic. I'm not used to this. I waited in my car and received calls as the exam was done and vet assistant came out and told me what was wrong, finished testing him, brought my cat back out and I paid my bill. He will be back for further treatment and I have complete confidence in them. Prices are reasonable and they have good reviews so that's why I went with them.
