I had the tire fail on my Segway GT2 after hitting a large pothole. The store was very helpful in replacing the tire! They were friendly and checked it out first, and when it needed replacing, took care of it within a couple days. They also helped load the scooter in and out of the car. Thank you !

Took my brother in for the first time to get an electric scooter. The doors are locked but they open them for you if you want to come in and see the inventory. The guys were great and very knowledgeable. We made our purchase and happy with the new scooter.

This is the first time when I want to give a higher score than available! If I could, I’d give 7 stars instead of 5! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and customer service at the store. No matter how big or small your issue is, they’ll have it resolved in no time! I wish all problems in life could be solved as easily and quickly as Segway Los Angeles does that.

I just recently purchased a couple of scooters, GT2's from Segway Los Angeles. Jason is the man, and made sure I got the best deal, along with getting me the second scooter when stock was out and making sure I got it with the next shipment. Also a shout out to Kane, who helped me with the first purchase and then put up with all my phone calls while trying to get the second scooter. These guys really are great, and under a lot of pressure sometimes with so many people needing help, and wanting the best deal. I highly recommend this store. Knees starting to show their age, went a lookin' for a scooter. Decided on Segway after some research; they've been in the game for long time was my reasoning, so they should put out a sturdy product. Was not disappointed with my E22 ninebot at all. It does what I need it to do and it's fun to ride. Just added the optional extra battery to give it more range. I had to change the shipping address after I ordered the battery and their customer service was very good - the shipment went to the right place.

This establishment is all good vibe's from one end of the square feet there all through out they sure have a huge stock in there you name it when I arrived I could smell this great scent out front the employee that was finishing up scrubbed the front of there entrance and that place looked ship- shape inside as well, I barely made it on time before closing but not one person was rushing to go all very layed back cool calm and collected I needed a new charger called ahead they were stocked so I'm trying to get my business transaction done I forgot to deposit a check I had in my wallet card was declined I'm shakeing on an empty stomach they gave me some snacks I had a head pain but they did everything to help me I came from highland park things were not looking well for my checking account as I forgot to get the money in the bank so talk about nice " they even helped me out to make the balance for my purchase too" I'm the kind of guy that just doesn't want to take a favor but the way I felt when I was leaving that show room was pretty darn good !! like family really when I return back to pay them back I know I'll have a smile from ear to ear and just saying,,,, I Believe anyone who walks through the doors at Segway of los Angeles will be smiling as I do and I want to say thanks guys a customer for life . My daughter was desperate to get her Segway scooter home from CA to PA. We were going through difficult hoops, as FedEx and UPS could not assist (due to the battery). Southwest Airlines Cargo told us they could set up a cargo account for $250, however we needed to first schedule a house visit (to prove our address was real). That visit was costing us $125. Our efforts were futile. Realizing there was a Segway dealer in LA, I called and spoke with Mikey. He was the most professional and kindest salesperson. He helped us mail the product in 10 minutes and for a fraction of the cost Southwest Airlines was going to charge us. It arrived today. I am very, very grateful to your upstanding employee. I will be purchasing another motorized scooter for my other daughter who is going to college in August. Top notch product, phenomenal customer service and wonderful salesmanship. Kudos! Thank you!!

I had so much fun! Very easy to learn, and they had a training session before the tour to make sure you feel comfortable! Drew was our tour guide very informative.

Segway is amazing, bought a gokart pro and love it, had a problem with the motor one day though, It wouldn't turn on after that, I took it to Segway and they replaced the motor with a brand new one with no hesitation, haven't had this much fun in years, I highly recommend their products, some you can even say they're beautiful and very high quality and durable material, thank you guys God bless

I bought a Segway ninebot S Max. During putting it together I was missing a vital part. I called I got a Tracking # that night, I've been practicing all day today. Customer Service means EVERYTHING and Segway Los Angeles stepped up and delivered. Thank you. Guy Schultz

Amazing squad, super chill and good looking folk. Jason and Adam have amazing customer service- called back immediately, held the door when I left, mechanic called promptly upon completion and prices are fair and reasonable.

Today i want to share the amazing experience i had with the guys at the shop!
I bought a ninebot max (graat scooter i m sooo happy with it!!) last july! And yesterday suddenly it stopped working! I was desperate as i need it for work!! I called this morning the guys at the shop and they said they would have tried and take a look!
Not only they took care of it immediately when i sent the scooter at the shop (knowing that was urgent for me as i needed it for work.. and they were loaded with other works!) but they solved the problem in one hour!!!
And the cherry on the cake… they gave me an helmet to ride my scooter back as I didn’t have one with me and i was feeling unsafe!!!
CAN T BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THEY DID!!!
Please if u are considering of buying a scooter.. this is a great model and the team in the shop is the best in the world!!!!

Was lucky enough to go one on one with Katie and had a fantastic morning ripping around seeing the sights in Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

This store is absolutely incredible. Here is my story. The giant online retailer named after a river in South America had a “Black Friday” sale on a Segway scooter. I ordered two of them and patiently awaited their delivery date shortly before Christmas. On the day the giant unnamed retailer had promised their arrival I once again checked to see when exactly they would be delivered. Shockingly the order had been cancelled with no notice. Segway Los Angeles had the scooters in stock, so I ordered 2 scooters from them. They had my order packaged and awaiting pickup within an hour. They shipped via Fed Ex and the scooters arrived in Texas as promised on December 23. Christmas was saved. If you want to order a Segway from a retailer that goes above and beyond, order from Segway Los Angeles.

Purchased a Ninebot GoKart and a GoKart Pro online. Delivered as promised. Customer support is outstanding. Very happy with the purchase, and even happier with the service and support. Definitely glad I purchased from here.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Two of our cousins came in from Europe and we though what a great way to show them the Venice/Santa Monica Coast Line. We had never been on a Segway before and all of us were a little nervous, but with the help of the wonderful staff we were trained, felt confident and on our way we went.

What an amazing fun time we had-Our tour guide Kyle was AWESOME and anyone who takes this particular tour MUST request him-he was knowledgeable, fun, patient and didn't mind taking our pictures constantly. I can't even begin to express what a fantastic time we all had. We will definitely be back again-this time with some local friends.

They went above and beyond!!! I busted the charger to my ninebot go kart last night. I texted them before 7am they responded, had the charger set aside and ready for me to pick it up by 8am. They don’t even open until 10am. Can you say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! To go with a great product? I can, Thanks a billion guys...
