I went yesterday for my very first time after total knee replacement, I was assigned to Kevin as my physical therapist. I couldn’t be happier. He was so nice and explained everything in terms I could understand. He would not let me leave until I understood what my homework assignment was. Lol. Ask for Kevin and I promise you won’t be disappointed. From the moment you walk in everyone was so nice and caring. Great PT place

Giving Sandra and Jeff a top rating!!! Among some clear changes happening, they are professional, caring and steady in the care they provide. Do what you can to keep dedicated professionals like them on the team! My recovery could not have been possible without them by my side.

It’s taken such a long time to collect my feelings & gather my specific words together to match my gratitude I have for this special group of PTS Angels💖 The staff & Beverly Hills PTS we’re skilled, talented, humorous, loving, kind & fierce (no slacking) with my new knee. Though I cried & was scared at times....My best memories were with Jackie, Jamea, Alex & John! Each of their style was different but very effective. My knee started to heal after my 2nd surgery & though it was intense I believed that I would get better & stronger through Faith & trusting the team.
I give PPT a 100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating! If I could do it, others can do it!
It’s 2021 & I can dance, run, excercise.....it’s freedom. 💝

Alex Reyes is an absolutely phenomenal physical therapist. I had been to close to ten different PT offices prior to visiting him, and he was able to diagnose and start fixing the problem better than any of them in just five minutes. He is honestly a miracle worker. Please do yourself a favor and see Alex for PT or before you seriously think about surgery. You won't regret it.

After many thousands of dollars, lots of frustration/pain, and energy/time wasted, I finally found the amazingly talented Alex Reyes at PTS. Within minutes of meeting me he was able to identify the problem that every other doctor, therapist, chiropractor, body worker, ect could not recognize. Within just a few sessions I was walking upright again and turning my head pain free. He has a no-nonsense approach and gets the body working again without endless boring sessions that go nowhere and expensive gizmos. He is an honest healer! I am thankful everyday that my friend, who is a cancer research scientist, convinced me to try one last person before I gave up all hope and Alex is truly a life and body saver. I FINALLY can return to my healthy lifestyle pain free.

From reception to recovery... a 5 star experience! Mike M. and Kyrah led my recovery with the perfect plan and pace that challenged my body and mind to heal and taught me how to gain core strength and maintain it. Caring and committed to recovering the health of their patients.

Physical Therapy Specialists are the very, top notch best! Even the parking lot attendant agrees with me. He said he has seen people who fly in from all over the country to go to PTS. When they get out of the car they're using a walker and when they come back after their session they don't need it.
It would be silly to go anywhere else.

I went twice a week for a month and everything always worked well. Kudos to Kevin for figuring out how to manage my lower back problem. Than you!

I've been going to see Elsa at PTS now for 3 weeks and she has been wonderful. PT can be a tricky thing as most people expect immediate results. But, the key to successful rehab is a knowledgeable and involved therapist and that is what I have found with Elsa. My rotator cuff injury will take several more weeks/sessions, but I can already tell a difference and I really appreciate the professional atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you!

This is a very unprofessional practice. I signed in for my appointment, sat for 15 minutes before being told i was too late for my appointment. The pink haired and clothed staff person yelled across the counter even though she passed me to do so. I asked why I wasnt told that when I signed in. She continued to talk over me saying she didnt see me. Yet we were talking with the person who checked me in sitting quietly and not interjecting. It was weird, and extremely unprofessional. I cancelled my next 8 pre scheduled sessions!

PT Specialists proved to be unprofessional, slow , and greedy.
We submitted all necessary information for our 3-year daughter to have her going to the clinic.
Not only the initial assessment of the medical reports we provided were completely off, but also, after a tiring 4-week application process they called on what they say “a courtesy call” regarding insurance.
We have a PPO that has this clinic in-network (0$ extra profit for them “type of situation” ); someone at the admin dept called me saying that they wanted to change codes of the visit to get a 150$ fee from us and a bigger coverage from the insurance.
This was the first clinic that ever proposed something like this to us.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could

The health care system is broken and this type of organizations are the ones that are making it even worse
