I started seeing Dr. Sheba Lalezar in May 2023 and for heavy metal toxicity and I am feeling 100% better. Over 65+ years, I have had an abundance of mercury fillings in my teeth since elementary school. I never understood the impact mercury had on my body (and I’m still learning). I would like to start off by saying that about 2 plus years ago I was fortunate enough to be presented with an opportunity to join the Health and Vitality Team with Dr Lalezar. Before joining the team I only knew the basics about Functional Medicine, and looking back now I am glad I have learned so much from this practice. ​I now always think to myself these are the symptoms but, what is the real reason behind them. The cause must be treated, and then everything else will be put back together like a puzzle.

I personally, as the IV Nurse have seen amazing turnaround in patients who have come in extremely exhausted, and frustrated from not finding a solution to their health issues. Most patients mention this is the last stop for them since they have seen numerous amount of Doctors, as well as spending outrages amount of money all in vain. I have seen their symptoms improve within a few weeks of IV treatments, and some patients with just the use of our supplements. I've been a patient at the Health and Vitality Center for 8 months. I came in because of brain fog that I had been trying to treat for years through other medical professionals unsuccessfully. Dr. Lalezar discovered that I not only had an overabundance of mercury and lead in my system but also that I was showing cytokine markers of vascular inflammation in the brain. She treated the former through chelation therapy and the latter through some short-term prescriptions. This also had the side effect of eliminating a recurring yeast issue, which she predicted. After seeing so many doctors, it was a huge weight off to find a doctor who is so knowledgable, on top of the latest research, and who genuinely cares about you. She has many tools at her disposal that are not available many other places. The center is also very pleasant to be at and feels more like visiting a friend's house than going to a clinic. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to resolve any difficult health concern.

I came to Dr. Shiva after reading Suzanne Sommers book, "Toxic, not sick". I didn't know it, but I was being poisoned by mold in my home and then got super sick when the landlord used multiple gasses to clean it out without vacating us. My family crawled into Dr. Shiva's office, unable to work, sleep, or think. She rearranged everything for us. Her chelation cleaned me up. I had mercury levels at hundreds of levels beyond normal, with a huge eczema rash about 3 inches wide on my neck. It disappeared after my first chelation. I received her Vitality IV and was able to think and be happy and make good decisions.

After my husband's cancer diagnosis, I was at a total loss as to how to move forward with our chemo treatment with our oncologist. However, after meeting Dr. Lalezar, my husband felt very reassured and heartened by her warmth and knowledge about vitamin C infusion therapy, which our copious research led us to functional medicine--this therapy and chemo provide a synergistic treatment that decreases the side effects and toxicity of conventional chemo. When I called, Katyia, the receptionist, was so courteous that I felt comfortable going ahead and making the appointment for a Vit. C. infusion. When my husband and I arrived, we felt Michelle, the nurse, was so efficient and genuinely kind in dealing with my husband's difficult-to-find veins for the infusion. We have now been coming for several high-dose infusions, and my husband, as Dr. Lalezar said, is feeling more energy, especially after his chemotherapy treatment. Dr. Shiva Lalezar changed my life and for that I will be forever grateful. I suffered from chronic Candida for years, yet I had no idea. I had a great experience at her Vitality center. Dr. Lalezar takes the time to meet with patients and takes as long as needed to discuss issues. She treats the whole person and does not use treatments to mask symptoms but actually treats the disease with natural vitamins and supplements. I feel 10 years younger since being under her care. It was a way to let my body rebuild itself vs just taking drugs to mask symptoms, and for me it actually worked.
