This place is phenomenal. Gus is fantastic to work with; he’s very helpful, accommodating and most importantly, he’s HONEST! Not to mention, he will do anything in his power to assist you in getting into the car you desire.
He actually stayed until 9pm so that I could come see the car I was interested in purchasing, as that was the only time I had available. I bought my car on the spot, largely because he was so helpful and considerate. There was a minor issue with my AC & he corrected it promptly for me, without any hesitation & at no charge to me. And he handled the DMV paperwork for me, so that saved me hours of time & frustration waiting in lines! I highly recommend Auto Vibe to anyone looking to buy!

EDITED: Same problem with title/registration. Never provided. Going to court now.

UPDATE: I was able to get the state involved and the business registered my car and sent me plates/title after that (the date proves it was after the state's contact). The issue was resolved but would have been nice to happen without the trouble. Oddly, I wouldn't mind buying from them again because their prices and inventory are reasonable BUT I would have to walk them to the DMV.

⚠ 🛑 WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM 🛑 ⚠ I’ve been in communication with them for weeks now (2023) My husband bought a car from them in 2022 and they haven’t gave him the pink Slip title or the plates. Which apparently is a common issue with other reviews. They sold him a vehicle that did not pass a smog check without his knowledge! which is not okay! This has been on going for months. I spoke to Sylvester the one in charge! And I also mention his reviews and told him that it’s a common thing and he said he was aware but that he would take care of the issue. He did not!!!! I have called the office almost everyday to have them follow up. They lied to my husband stating they had his plates and we have it on record. They said they couldn’t even give me the plates because the previous owner had issues with the car and tickets and a suspended vehicle and they still sold it to my husband without disclosing. Please listen to the other reviews and avoid this place. If I could give the car back I would because it’s ridiculous at this point. I will follow suit and get an attorney and state involve at this point. The only good thing from this awful place is Lucy the receptionist! But don’t buy a car! Stay clear!!!!

The WORST don’t go here at all I wish I could put ZERO stars. I was speaking with someone on the phone told them what was going on . All they kept saying was come on down “WE WILL WORK WITH YOU” I took the bus 3 hours !!!! To this location because they told me my down payment was good and I was all set !! I got there and it was a complete different story the person I was speaking with was acting like I never Called all their cars are HIGH MILEAGE please save yourself a trip ! And they tried to scam me out of 1,000 bucks… not right don’t get people hopes up for no reason smh

Did not provide paperwork for registration. Unclean title. Did not pass smog test. Unpaid parking tickets on title. Suspended registration. Lack of communication. Bad bad bad

I got the truck from Gus and he never respones. I need my plates and they expired now. I have called and texted him multiple times and he NEVER responds. I would not recommend anyone to him. He also over charges for the registration.

I messaged these guys regarding a Maserati advertised on Craigslist. I was already a bit leary as they spelled Maserati wrong and listed the mileage as 83. But I decided to reach out anyways. They never even responded. I am glad I looked at other reviews. Clearly a scammer!!!

Gussy made an agreement with me to purchase a vehicle using the CashApp. After I sent the funds using CashApp, he stop communicating to me and basically stole thousands of dollars. Buyer beware. Grow up and become a professional Gus.
