If I could leave no stars I would worst place to rent ever especially apartments at 2991 mountain ave san Bernadino 92404 . Some many vacant boarded up units that’s once they renovate it sends all the RATS and mice that are in the walls running through your apartment and I mean they are huge this on top of plumbing problems I had my toilet switch out 3 time because it kept flooding then they tried to say there’s water damage to floors like well duh !!!! all used toilets with issues kitchen sink over flows and a really bad roach problem. This is no working air or heat in the entire complex!!!! We asked for out day 3 we moved in January 15 th 2020 and by 18th wanted out they wouldn’t get money back said stay a month then get deposit we used part of deposit for February. Owner harassed my husband about us leaving so he can re rent unit then when we left at the beginning of March now he’s avoiding us as well as landlord Linda and won’t give our deposit back ! Going to take legal action. I have pictures and videos of unit and of our conversations !!! I will be adding our photos

Worst place to rent!!! They will mess with you!!
