The food we got was GOOD but not the best of its class, but with the atmosphere and cheap ice cream, it was all worth it.

Vallarta Supermarkets just opened
in Carson. I had a great experience
at the market. When I arrived at the
market, the parking lot was full of cars. I couldn't believe that so many people were trying to find their parking space. I drove around for
a while, and I found one parking spot.
First, I entered the market. It was so
crowded with people. The store was
very cleaned and decorated with colorful balloons, which were green, white & red colors. I liked their interior and balloons 🎈
They had grand opening sales. First,
I went to the produce department.
They had a good selection of fruits
and they were very fresh and vegetables were fresh and seemed
good quality vegetables. After that,
I walked to the meat department.
They had sales for steak & chicken.
I got the beef sirloin tip steak. It was
$5.99 per pound, and it was a good price. Then. I walked to the bakery
department. They baked such as
breads,cakes, pastries, and all kinds of sweats every day.
Also, they had prepared Spanish
food department, which were convenient to pick up foods in the
market.
I enjoyed shopping at this market.
They offered fresh meats, produces
and bakery. Also, their price were low.
The only thing was It was difficult to find a parking space.
I would like to recommend Vallarta Supermarkets to people who like to shop good quality foods and save money on low prices. Also, they had
great customer services, too.

Newly opened location with wide aisles, very modern and bright lighting. Excellent produce selections as well as the meats.

What I really love is the fresh, ready-made food options made to order guacamole, agua frescas, fresh tortillas, and the bakery section.

I've read several reviews mentioning high prices, but in actuality, I think the prices here are less or comparable. I say you get what you pay for, and I think the product here and quality is worth the price.

Ever since the store opened, we get our juices 2x a week. The juices are delicious and fresh, plenty of selection as well. Five ***** to yasmine is super helpful, pleasant and excellent customer service!
The store is very clean, organized and well stocked. It's bright and spacious inside. Every department in the store is beautifully represented. Hands down best market in Carson Restrooms are clean too. Ample parking.

I love this new location. It is beautifully organized with a modern aesthetic but still keeps the familial feel of the old Vallarta stores. Customer service was on point and they helped me even during Thanksgiving day when it was super busy, which I’m sure was no easy feat for them. Prices are still sensible (which is very much appreciated in this economic climate) and the vibes were great. I will definitely be going back!

It’s a great experience! Staff were nice and the construction workers put a lot of effort in this! Some price may be expensive but some have really great deals! I’m so glad having this as my local supermarket! So overall five stars!

Finally a Vallarta Supermarket near my home. Great customer service. Great music. Such a great vibe. Bakery staff were in point with their cakes and pastries and their fresh pan dulce. And Let me tell you about the guacamole station. It's phenomenal you can order your guacamole how ever you like. Pair them with some fresh homemade tortilla chips. Definitely coming back.

This place is the best. Yes, like any other chain, they hype the prices on certain things, however the quality of their in house items is unmatched. They're awesome and I highly recommend you go here.

First thing you notice is the parking lot is packed. I think this is also because this place has so many people working - and who doesn’t like to see that?

First walk in and greeted by 2 people offering samples - a pleasant surprise to see at a supermarket. One person was offering salsas; we ended up buying two.

The highlight of this place is their eatery area - it’s fun, modern, colorful, and full of options. The highlights were the chile relleno & mango shrimp ceviche. The tamales were not the best we’ve had.

I don’t understand how other reviews say this place is expensive. I often mentioned how I felt things were cheap here.

The produce section is large.

This place was a pleasant experience. I will return & hope it thrives.

Best grocery store in the South Bay! It has everything you need and more. Too tired to cook, they have a taqueria and food to go. They offer fresh juices and are delicious. Best salsa and guacamole choices. It is an amazing food shopping experience. All management and staff provide excellent customer service. Mahalo for serving the Carson community!

After all the bad experiences I have had with most of the employers not knowing how to use customer service.
Today, Mike from the kitchen knew exactly what I was asking for. I can tell right away that he has experience with customer service. And i appreciate your service. All the other employers should learn from him.

My favorite new market to go. So much variety and wait till you see the food section. Coffee bar, Energy juice bar, Mexican ice cream served fresh daily. They also have pretty good Mexican food but my favorite is chicharron en salsa verde burrito. It’s amazing!

Fresh produce and good selection of fresh raw seafood, premade saviche and prepared sandwiches. A section for desserts and candy and a variety of frozen veggies and 🍕 customer service was accommodating and friendly

Nicol was honestly the sweetest. She helped us with a last minute flower arrangement, and made the exception to help us. I appreciate your help!!!

I went here with a friend of mine (he lives super close to Vallarta) and I really like it, it's huge and I like that they have juice, guacamole, candy, ice cream, and fruit bars inside

Grateful to have a store that you can get anything on the same store affordable prices for quality of food and drinks! Our family made this store a favorite place to get everything you need.

The place is big. Good produce quality. I'll be back for the carne asada, guacamole and agua frescas.

Breakfast is the bomb! Prices on groceries are very reasonable and the customer service is stellar!
