This is our Rite Aid as a frequent consumer at this store I give suggestions to make things better and they have been heard by management and store staff alike.
There are things that could be better but getting mad at the staff is not the solution.
Call Rite Aid Corporate Office, contact the District Manager all stores have one. Theft is a big problem in this store I say lock up everything get some service bells hire a few extra staff and take our store back from these people

First call I was put on hold…second call Erica picked up and was super nice plus very professional and helpful. Guess it depends on how you treat people is how your treated. If you go to this pharmacy thinking your special and entitled then that’s where the problem surfaces…try alittle CLASS, it goes a long way.

I love rite aid. This one is in a great location it's right by my house and they are always stocked with the wide variety of products that I buy. It's usually busy in the evenings so I go in the morning. Staff is always friendly and eager to help you choose the best product for you. They do not mind going even to the stock area in the back to look for a particular item. That was pretty cool. If the young man did not want to look for it, he did a great job not showing it. I wish I could have left him a tip. Excellent service from that young man.

I always come to the pharmacy here and they are the only ones who have helped me; any other pharmacy has given me the attention they give me, they really do their job and walk the extra mile to serve people... That's why I'm going back from years, even when I tried another pharmacies for convenience, I'll always go back here, the only problem is that they keep the restrooms dirty and it's hard to get the key, so that's why I was trying to stop going there but I have to ignore that because no other pharmacy has helped me like they do!

The employees were very helpful I love going to this Rite Aid and I will continue to go and I recommend others to go too this location I love it.

Clean,comfortable and safe, plus great Ice cream...

The cashiers are always nice. The merchandise is always organized. The pharmaceutical area is always helpful. Theres security guards which makes you feel safer and you can shop with a peace of mind. Parking lot is always full but theres always parking available.

Thanks for being open late and for having friendly staff. Would come again because store was well lit and had products I was looking for. 10/10 stellar service.

The lines be long but everybody pretty much does their job here. No complaints.

THIS RITE AID ON 43$T IS GANGSTER AS IT IS EVEN THE GIRL SERVING ICE CREAM... SHE LIKES IT ON A CONE...

It always have what I'm looking for and their prices are better than CVS ;)
