Rose Hills Gate 1 Morning Side Garden

Held a grave side service today and we could not have been more disappointed with Rose Hills. The gentleman we had been dealing with told us our funeral director would be at the graveside an hour before it was supposed to begin. He didn't show up until 20 minutes before it was supposed to start. We were standing there waiting for his to set up. The tent was in the wrong place and had to be moved as family was arriving as well. So here we are with family showing up moving the tent and chairs and setting up. We checked with the Cemetery to find out what time the florist should be there and they said an hour before. Our florist sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the casket and funeral director. For the amount of money they steal, we deserved better. Even dealing with people over the phone and in the office was a disgrace. This place takes advantage of people who are in a vulnerable place. Sad!
