Love this place. Clean, quiet, great customer service up front, accomodations and flexibility is available if asked. Theres several vending machines in each floor. And very secured. Non smoking tho. Which is better. Keeps the place cleaner.

I was on the phone with cody due to an issue. He was amazing in helping with the problem at hand. Then called me back to make sure everything was ok. Being in retail and in customer service all my life Cody was everything we want in an employee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STAY WAS AMAZING.

Wish I would have got the guys name but the gentleman working the Night Shift on the 11th of July was amazing! Super nice and even let us get into the pool for an hour or so even though it was closed. Rooms are very clean and nice homey feeling. It was pretty quiet and even when there were distracting patrons with loud music the staff was quick to get them to be quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We got into town a little early. I stopped into the hotel at 10 a.m. to see when we could check in. I wish I would have gotten the name of the man working at the front desk because he was so kind and accommodating. I returned at 12:30 p.m. and he was able to get me into our room. I was so grateful! The room was clean and updated. Shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. The large TV was a bonus! I would have liked to use the pool but it was chilly the day we were there. I think my boyfriend got tired of me saying how cute this hotel was. Lol it's tucked in a little ways off the main street but is close to shopping and tons of restaurants. I really couldn't believe I found a place in a nice location with updated rooms at such a low price! It is a family-owned hotel which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed this hotel. Everything was in excellent working condition and the sheets were clean. The filter screen on the AC unit was decently clean. The front staff were friendly and there was always ample space for parking. I didn't incur any unexpected fees and payment went smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Well here's another one for the books this is really a five-star hotel at a two star price staff was amazing.. rooms were beautiful I had the chance to have a standard room which was beautiful and also have the suite..which has its own balcony patio things of that nature and both rooms were amazing so I would definitely recommend this property when in the Monrovia duarte area great customer service like I said you don't see that nowadays so thanks again for a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back.....Oh and the pool is like palm springs

What a charming hotel! The room was cozy and functional, without being too small. All of the features were in working order, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We thought the plants and decor, throughout the grounds, were a nice touch and made it feel very welcoming. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. We appreciated the heads up (from other comments and reviews) about the entrance being easy to miss, so we were prepared before we arrived. The location is so convenient, with plenty to do! In all, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again!

This was a great place to stay for the 2 days we were here for Universal Studios. So clean and well put together. Absolutely no complaints at all. Do not stay at any other place in the area and save money by staying here. Universal Studios was only 45 min away.

We stayed a few weeks ago due to a family emergency and I want to thank the staff for taking care of us. Especially Mario and Felix! They were very attentive to our needs even when we had to change rooms at the last minute. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the price was excellent! Thanks again.

I'm staying here for a business trip and I've decided to make this my default hotel. It is great that it isn't a big chain. The hotel is charming, mid century chic. It is tucked in the middle of a block so it doesn't face the street (route 66), making it both a little harder to find but also much quieter. I'd rather for it to be harder to find and quieter than the other way around. The room is quite nice with little features that are thoughtful but not indulgent. It lacks a closet, a hairdryer (which was delivered to my room when I asked) or a usb port. But there were enough plugs and the was a mini refrigerator plus bigger than normal freezer. No breakfast but parking was free. I'll come back for sure!

Great place, clean rooms with no lingering nicotine smells like some hotels who have been converted to all non smoking. Friendly front desk, nice pool, coffee in the lobby. The only disadvantage is its not that easy to find if you're using your GPS, we had to call to find them. It's set far back from the busy rooms, which makes it nice and quiet.

Cozy yet spacious hotel! The room was clean and nicely decorated included a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was luxurious with good water pressure and hot water. Also parking is free. Location is great also, would stay again!

We came in for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay in proximity to the event. When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my family. The room was equipped with all of the amenities of home and we wanted nor needed anything. We will stay here anytime we come back to the area for other events.

Super cute, clean, and accommodating. I felt safe and comfortable here. The only negative I could find was the very firm mattress. Since I have big hips and am a side sleeper I found the mattress to be troublesome. But I ran out and purchased a mattress topper and it wasn't a problem again!

Five stars in every area. They have a lovely common area where people can hang out. And a very nice patio area as well. Our room had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator. It was clean and quiet. We even had a view of the hills.

Such an awesome hotel! Location is good with many restaurants and stores super close. Room was very clean & beds were comfy. The fridge was nice to have. Definitely would recommend!

From the moment we walked in we were impressed by the beautiful lobby and the friendly service at the counter. Once we got into our room we loved the colors and cleanliness of the room and the amazing big shower it had to offer. I would absolutely stay here with my family time and time again and would recommend this to everyone who is planning to stay in the area. Definitely a hidden gem!

This place was very spacious and roomie. The best thing about the entire hotel was the customer service. The Jacuzzi and the pool was also a very fun feature of the hotel. I would definitely enjoy staying here again. If you were looking to drive to LA… it’s not that far from the hotel.
