It's been a real bad experience choosing trippact. I've confirmed, made payment on Wednesday (11/03) on a round trip reservation. And finally today, Vimmi came up saying it's not booked. You've wasted 2 days of mine where I could have booked the same with different agents. I suspected yesterday itself and I did ask if it's confirmed and she said yes, the booking is confirmed.
Firstly, get your phone line fixed. Next, be responsive to the customers.
Really disappointed.

The worst service, very prompt in response I have to give that. But what matters is Customerservice and you deliver what you say you are going to deliver. No sense of service at all. Booked tickets and paid via credit card and you would think you are done? But no you did not get confirmation of your tickets and response you get for next 10 dats is that oh you will get your tickets by tomorrow? 10 days and no tickets after you have paid and today’s internet based world? Then they say that oh airline withdrew the fare??? Really and you realize that after 10 days and after you got all the money???
Absolutely disgusting,, worst thing I have seen for airfares and tickets. Please be aware of these guys.
