I love ❤ love, love this Ralph's!! I'm often shopping at a different grocery store but I visited this location, due to the late hour, and Ralph's being the only store open...Man am I glad I did!

I love the flexible hours, open early and stays open late (12:00/1:00 on weeknights & at some locations until 2:00 am on weekends) which is so perfect for busy parents, working adults, students, and basically everyone who has a schedule to follow.

I love the layout of the store!! I was greeted by plants and flowers, leading either to the produce department or towards the first set of home products, personal hygiene and dry food aisles.

Next, comes the aisles right in the middle, freezers and refrigerators full of an amazing selection of items, followed by more aisles of dry foods and kitchen and home cleaning products. The aisles are doubled up (1 in the back and 1 in the front!!) So it really opens up the aisles adding lots of room for looking for items and navigating the aisle...which is so easy based on the overhead hanging signs showing what is in that aisle, such as: Dry Cereal, Snack bars, and Oatmeals/Hot Cereals. This makes it so easy to find what I need quickly. PlUS, the outside ring around the store is refrigerated through the whole store (starting in the produce, into the dairy section, around to the meat department, and then towards the back is cheese and it ends in the bakery/bread area!!)

Lastly, I love ❤❤ love the savings. Plus, I found an item already on sale, with a QR code I could scan through the Ralph's app, and receive an additional dollar off with the Digital Deal!! The staff was kind, inviting, and very friendly. 10 Star review!!!🎈🎉

My boyfriend and I stopped to grab some snacks late at night. Thankfully, one of the employees let us in even though it was only a few minutes before closing. We were able to grab everything right before official closing time thanks to that very kind lady! Shout out to the Ralphs employees for making our night!!! :)

Today I stopped by to get some last-minute groceries from my favorite Ralph's store in Cerritos and was very disappointed with the way that Satrina the sales manager handled my merchandise at the register. Few times in the past when she rang my groceries she didn't make the effort to pack nor put my merchandise in the shopping cart. I feel now that I have been paying for Ralph's prices receiving Food 4Less services ". I always try to skip her when she is at the register.

All the employees i interacted with were great. Very quick to help when I ask for it (to reach something out of reach for me). Checking out was quick & pleasant.

This location has always been clean and parking has never been an issue. They have plenty stock of their essential items. The Deli and Bakery sections are also great to have. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Bob runs a smooth Ralphs and treats everybody like family. Super friendly cashiers. This is the way every grocery store should be run.

Helpful and very good assistance on customers services

Great markdowns and most markdowns have a long shelf life which is a plus. It is now 2024 and Ralph's is still the business

Neat, clean and organized; makes me miss the Ralphs on Pioneer and Del Amo.

Ralphs ordered enough toilet paper to make sure their customers could get one package. This limit helped ensure that all customers could have toilet paper today. The employees and manager were courteous and respectful. I come here for some of my produce, and this positive experience today made me want to return more often.

I always find what I need for fair prices. The service has been consistently good through the years. I think the chain is trying to remain competitive and making an effort. Based on the way the employees interact with customers, they got it have good management leadership. Give them a try.

A larger and cleaner than your typical Ralphs store. It's great and has everything you could ask for. They cater to their local clientele with a few Asian items that I haven't seen at other Ralphs. The prices are good, service is usually pretty good and the cashier lines aren't very long most of the time.

I went to the meat department with my friend. And I was pleasantly surprised by their service. The employee's name was Gabrielle. He was very helpful and polite. He was able to give me very informative facts about the meats. Overall I am very pleased. Thank you

Always a pleasant experience! Was delighted to see they carry Ghee Butter should I decide to make Indian cuisine again! They were out of rosemary, but I presume that's because another customer loves it like I do. 😉

I had a good visit. They didn't have what I was looking for but I did find some other great bargains. The store was clean, and the employees were very nice and friendly.

Great place to buy foods.

I really like the butcher block here. It cost me a little bit more cash, but it's well was worth the quality. I go out of my way to shop here!!!

I haven't been to Ralphs since they close the one that was closest to me in Santa Ana that was pretty sad cuz I went there a lot now that I moved to Cerritos I'm going to the one off of Carmenita and South I ran into a few employees extremely nice I'm glad I went over to Ralph's its been a long time but I bought a lemon cake( it has two slices of lemon on top) it's over-the-top it is so delicious I recommend this thing to everybody to go in there especially if you like sweet stuff to buy one of these cakes you'll be hooked they also have a good buy on watermelons $0.20 a pound which I'll be enjoying tomorrow I also picked up a new Ralphs card so I can get those discounts lots of stores have deals but it's the employees that make me want to come back and Shop there
