Got my baby's passport here. We had an appt but was able to be seen earlier in the afternoon. Gina was super nice, patient, and helpful. Very efficient -- we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. She even offered to make a photograph of baby's birth certificate for us, since we needed to send the original in. Highly recommend coming here for your passport needs.

My name is Lukas Jeffery Hansen I from Los Angeles California and I from United States we are flying to Korea.

They moved the passports process to this location from the city clerk. Went here to get a passport but it is by appointment only (unlike the previous location)... Even though not one single person was there to get a passport! Just a guy "working" the passport window. I was then told it was weeks before appointment time was available. Great. Thanks.
