Went here on a Friday afternoon to buy the Reverso Duoface. Beautiful new boutique. Eleanor was wonderful and took good care of us. My husband & I were thrilled to get this gorgeous watch along with fantastic service. Definitely recommend this place. Definitely would go back!

Went to go buy a watch. Hung out for several minutes looking at watches. Took some pictures of the watches. Felt some of the different bands on display. Somewhat of a narrow store but it works. Very clean. Only person that talked to me was the door security as I walked in and left. The door person was friendly and welcoming compared to other watch boutiques. No one else talked to me. Not a “be with you in a few minutes” or “can I get you a drink while you wait.”

They discriminate people of color with no appointment, but take others by looking for the first available salesperson.
