Trax at DuPont Station Apartments

My husband and I really like it here! We've been here for about a month and so far like the area and the complex. It's dog friendly which is a big plus. There are walking trails nearby which is great for those who like to stay active and get out. Management has been really nice and helpful whenever we have questions.

We had a great time during our stay here (~2 years). Lounge and common space was clean and well maintained. Service was fast every time we submitted a work order.
We really liked the neighborhood, it was quiet and felt very safe even at night. Not much going around, but still in close distance to Lacey and other places.
There were some minors issues every now and then, but that doesn’t have a big negative impact overall.
Rent was not cheap for sure, but it was tolerable.
The leasing office was very helpful, definitely recommend.

Pros:
Maintenance team worked above and beyond. Leasing office was accommodating. The lounge space was nice and clean. Parking was easy. DuPont police actively patrolled. Apartment complex was situated right outside of JBLM. Daily commute going home, I drove through MTC (center drive) to avoid I-5 traffic (TOP FAVORITE). Highly recommended for military families.

Cons:
Elevator was problematic during the cold months. Reports of break-ins at least once or twice a year (mostly in parked vehicles) although I think it still the safest neighborhood out of all the nearby cities.

Recently moved in, experience from tour - signing the lease was streamlined and easy. The place is really nice too. Sidney was my leasing agent and was most helpful through the whole process. Can’t recommend the place more.

I just moved my family of 5 cross country from New York. As stressful as this move was, it was great having Sidney provide us the necessary information needed before hand.

We contacted over a dozen apartment complex and the only one that kept us updated for availability and requirements was Trax at DuPont (Sidney). It made our decision easier and we loved the neighborhood and how close it is to JBLM and everything else around.

I am personally impressed by the professionalism of the personnel on site specifically Sidney.
I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Living at Trax for the past 2 years has been an amazing experience. The property manager, Beate, and leasing agent, Sidney, has been taking care of us since day one.

Clean and very well taken care apartment complex. Very secure during our stay. Thank you to the maintenance team for always assisting in the apt. Work orders and inspections.

Rules are very clear regarding pets, I am glad my cat had an amazing time and we try our best to keep everything the cleanest as it was when we got there. You can tell the difference on pet areas from other places!!!

We will miss the pool and jacuzzi. Thank you for the summer bbq, cookies, games, and gifts that the office is always preparing for us.

100% recommended. Close to JBLM, Lacey, Tacoma. Saved a lot on gas. Walking distance restaurants are delicious.

I have been living here for almost 1 year and I love it here! I love these beautiful apartments and the team here is great. Beate, the property manager has been amazing and professional since day one. She has always helped me with anything I need. I appreciate everyone so much . I am thankful to live in such a beautiful and friendly community.

My experience was amazing, I like the location, It’s very relaxing community. The lady in the lease office who’s name is Sabrina show me all the apartments and she guarantied for my apartment will be professional cleaned before moving. She also verify if I was income qualify to the apartment I wanted with no time to waste! Application was smooth and fast. I recommend moving here. Apartment community is clean, game area is cool, all my packages are safe!

Pretty cool place. They have a decent gym, and the lounge area is cool, too. Sabrina, the office lady, is nice as well. Cookie Fridays are the best. It's definitely one of the best apartment complexes in DuPont. The valet trash schedule is a little weird, but they still pick up the trash eventually.

After living here for over 3 years, the apartment complex is safe, very close to JBLM and the assistant manager, Sabrina and staff Sydney are amazing and top notch! I can say after a few problematic issues with their valet service, the manager is also very responsive and nice in handling such matters. Overall, a very nice place if you want to stay close to JBLM!

Trax at DuPont Station is the best apartment complex I have lived at. The amenities are very nice, the 24/7 gym has lots of equipment with 2 squat racks and much more. Sidney is amazing and very professional! The whole team at Trax is very helpful. I highly recommend Trax for anyone looking for an apartment! Very close to JBLM and restaurants.

The best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is Military friendly. The facilities and amenities are great. It is convenient to post. They are pet friendly including big dogs. I would live here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a place to stay immediately. Trax Apartments had everything I was looking for! Located near JBLM, flexible lease, and spacious studio apartment with washer/dryer in unit! Sidney Frady provided excellent service and went above and beyond in assisting me with the entire process. She personally gave me a tour of all the great amenities the apartment complex has to offer and patiently walked me through the application process answering every question I had, despite it cutting into her lunch break. Her kindness truly sealed the deal!

Went for a tour to help my brother find an apartment and we were helped by Sidney Frady. She was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! She was so knowledgeable about the property only for us to find out she had only started working there that week! We definitely didn’t notice. I would definitely recommend living here and if you need help, ask for Sidney!

So far my experiences has been perfection. Sabrina is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality and so attentive to my needs. It's rare to find people and apartments that are this fantastic.

Beautiful location, nice and quiet with a lot of things to do around. Less than 5 minutes away from JBLM. The customer service provided by Sidney Frady was outstanding. She was attentive, super nice and really patient, she answered every question we had. She went above and beyond . Can't say enough good things about the service she provided

Trax lease consultants/management team was welcoming and thoroughly answered all questions. The application process was clear, simple, and transparent. Approval happened within a few days as they had predicted for my case. Maintenance requests were heard and worked on immediately. With such a pleasant experience, it is hard not to recommend Trax. Cheri and the staff are amazing and were incredibly flexible with working around my schedule. Every apartment is unique meaning most apartments have a unique floor plan. Within the apartment everything is clean with updated appliances with a big washer and dryer. The location is also a positive, I live in a unit facing the highway and the noise is reasonable, given that we are so close. Lastly, the ability to walk everywhere for either groceries or a place to eat is also a nice touch. Will definitely try and stay here for as long as possible.

We just moved out yesterday after a year and I already miss it. We lived in C building with the townhomes. The apartment it's self was great. Updated everything and heating in the vents instead of baseboards was great! We only had two "maintenance" issues (bar lights going out and a couple blinds' pieces breaking.) The maintenance guys came that day each time or the next to fix it. The two ladies in the office always helped us the best we could we felt, however we understand that there are rules and protocols. I never had a safety issue which was huge for me, and I loved living in walking distance to places. The location was just great. I will miss all the people at the apartment complex, and I know my dog will too. She was always so spoiled by them. Thanks for being great guys!

The process of finding a suitable apartment and the leasing process was nothing less than the upmost professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The team were very clear in all of their instructions and guidance on what they needed and walked me through the rest of the process without any issues.
