Staff was very helpful,we had use of our daughters car while visiting calif and checked oils in car,hardly any transmission oil in car,so we stopped at your place to get the oil.thanks

A bit overpriced like everything in Los Angeles, but the staff here really makes the place special. They can command higher prices because the westside of West Hollywood is a fuel desert, making this the only gas station convenient to the area WeHo between La Cienega and Beverly Hills.

It's located on one of the busiest and most iconic stretches of the Sunset Strip: across from the Comedy Store, just up from Sunset Plaza, and near the Rainbow Room, Soho House, and The Viper Room. So, of course, it can draw transients and riff-raff. But the great staff here manages to keep the place clean, quiet and running smoothly.

it's always a pleasure coming to this gas station so I just had to come write a review. super quick service every time, all employees are super kind and patient and it's always so clean. such a wonderful experience every time! my go-to gas station ☺

Has gas, has snacks, right on sunset.

Centrally located on the corner of Sunset Blvd and San Vicente Blvd and open 24/7, Sunset Oil gas station has arguably the best local supermart in the Hollywood/WeHo area with very friendly customer service and reasonable pricing.
Best of all, during these strange Covid days, they seem to continually take every reasonable safety precaution. Among other measures, the staff all wear masks, and walk-in customers are also encouraged to wear them through posted signs by the entrance, all while practicing social distancing.
They also sell masks, gloves and hand sanitizers available at reasonable prices.
The owner(s) and staff clearly take pride in their work, and are on top of their customers' needs. Self-service water- and airpump is available, as well as plenty of parking for walk-in customers. Highly recommended!

This joint is right across the street from the Whiskey A Go Go and practically right next door to The Viper Room! It's a legendary gas station with a rockstar from the bay as the overnight graveyard! Ask him about his band back in the Bay Area that actually doesn't suck. It'd be a nice change up from him having to babysit all the crackmonkeys all night...

Iconic gas station, so much history on that corner and the employees are a vibe. Keep sunset classic boyzzz!
