Always very nice, informative, and helpful.

I had an appointment at 9am, was seen by the doctor a little after 10am. Had to wait for paper work from nurse that never came. Around 1040 am I walk out of patient room to the front reception area to ask for paper work that was barely getting printed. I was the only one in the office besides a patient that was leaving. Patient's that came after me where seen before me and gone while I was still waiting. Know I remember why i stopped coming to this office.

He was my doctor for more than 10years, during covid i called, the reception wont let me talk to him, the next time i had a shortness of breath ( but i can still drive and had negative test for covid) the receptionist refused to schedule me to See my doctor and tells me to go to an emergency..it turned out i had an anxiety attack, it wasnt covid, no lung problem , its in good shape, my heart was good, i now have to pay almost $2,000 bec i didnt have coverage for emegency , . when i scheduled again i saw on their wall..that if you feel something call and talk to the doctor or go to emergency..TWICE THE RECEPTIONIST DIDNOT LET ME TALK TO THE DOCTOR..receptionist You should have let me talk to my doctor FIRST , i would have paid my doctor instead of the emergency bill!

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER COME BACK TO ANSWER YOUR CALL. EVERY TINE I CALL TO GET AN APPOINTMENT IT TAKES 30 TO 45 MINS.
