Update: 11/26/2018 - We've been with Lacey Realty since 2015. As of earlier this year, Chelsea Martel started managing our property and she has done and continues to do an outstanding job. Her communication and response time are both top-notch! Any issues or questions, she promptly resolves. She has been the best person we've worked with so far at Lacey Realty.

The entire team at Lacey Realty and Property have been incredibly helpful. All throughout the process they constantly kept us informed of the status of our property. Additionally, Sara and Sabrina were very accommodating with our schedule and worked with us to ensure that we were using our time and resources in the best possible manner. So far, there is no question that our money was well spent in acquiring their services and we look forward to a continuing relationship with them.

We have had a business relationship with Penelope and her team for over 3 years, when they began managing our rental property through its recent sale. We could not have asked for better. They found outstanding tenants, stayed on top of all maintenance issues, and kept up excellent communication, even when we were stationed halfway around the world. We trusted them to sell the house and were perfectly pleased with their performance as our agent. Our house sold quickly for an excellent price, and they made the whole process absolutely painless. I worked with Sabrina Thomas and, hands down, she was the best person I've ever worked with. My parents were with me during my house rental search and we all enjoyed her intelligence, personable attitude, and genuine enjoyment of helping me find a place to stay. Unfortunately, the place I wanted had a policy against pets so I was unable to rent from her but she was so awesome, I just wanted to pass my fantastic experience on to whomever might read this.

Sabrina did an amazing job getting me up to speed on everything I needed to know when renting my house. The Lacey Realty team got my house on the rental market quickly and I have quality renters lined up to rent my house. Sabrina's responsiveness to my issues and questions is making this process worry free. I would highly recommend Lacey Realty to my friends.

I just signed a new lease in the 2nd house I've rented with Lacey Realty. Everything I've done with them has gone smoothly. I had to leave the first house due to the owner selling it, and they let me sign a lease in a new place while finishing out the lease in my old one. My husband and I are super busy and work a lot, so we needed all the time we could get for the move. They were very patient and accommodating and I appreciate that greatly. The move out was easy.. I did lose some of my deposit, but all of the charges were fair and we knew about them up front. (They charge everyone a carpet cleaning fee unless you pay someone yourself. They also charge you for new locks. The rest of the charges were for cleaning/replacing filters and things you'd expect. Nothing outrageous or unfair which landlords are often known for.)

The only real con I can think of is that they allowed realtors to show my old house without giving me notice. That was extremely frustrating. But I'll take that over bigger problems I've encountered with other property managers. I'd recommend this team to anyone and I plan on continuing doing business with them in the future.

I wish I could give them more than 5 starts 😊 Our experience started by making a phone call regarding one of the properties listed, spoke to Cassidy which was very sweet and answered all of my questions. My husband and I have rented from others and our experience with Lacey realty has been excellent! We had the pleasure to meet everyone in the office and they were ALL very helpful, they go out of their way to make the process go very smoothly.

I'm military and moved away from Lacey several years ago. The previous property manager I had literally died on me, leaving a mess of legal paperwork and a tenant that did thousands of dollars in damage to my home. I called Sarah Diaz at Lacey Reality and she handled the whole situation like a champ! She took care of everything in terms of getting the house back in order and even as far as representing my interests with the previous manager's legal representative. She was outstanding and Sabrina Thomas also assisted in the process! Outstanding duo! Don't trust your property to anyone else!

My personal experience was with Travis and Cassidy and I can say that this is an excellent company run by competent and caring people. Throughout the process of finding a renter for our home they consistently went above and beyond what we expected from our previous experiences with management companies. Communication was good and all fees were explained ahead of time and there were no hidden costs. Absolutely will be working with them again.

By far the best property management team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thanks to Keilani and Hanna I do not have to worry about anything and I know that my tenants are getting the best service available. As a military family moving to the area Lacey Realty really stepped up! I had a very hard time finding a property management team to care about our needs and help find what we were looking for until I found the team at Lacey Realty. They worked with me over the phone and by eamil to do all paperwork and everything went very smoothly. We are now settled in and loving the house!

She is very knowledgeable and took time after closing to talk go over my app and made great suggestions on what I could do to better my chances of owner approval. I highly recommend their services.
