Most pleasant place to stay when you are in LA. The staff and owners are very respectful, polite and take great care of their customers. Would love to stay there over and over again. Their rooms got every utilities you need on a daily basis. Overall 5/5.

Best location in pico Rivera. They have the best rooms smoking available. Best service. Great customer service got the great deals. Definitely recommend coming by won’t regret.

Very Friendly staff great price. They dont hit you over the head with deposit its only 20 dollars. Room was clean carpet was nice. I slept like a baby bed was nice and comfy. Few spots for bobtails to park so also trucker friendly.

Rooms were clean . Secure and well lit.. be aware $20 non-refundable fee in addition to what you pay online expected at check in also cash deposit required mine was $40 refunded upon checkout. Overall a decent motel reasonable price for the area

Stayed here for three days currently here on the last day and they really are good. I recommend them. They actually give you back your deposit in a timely manner unlike other places you have to call to remind them. Staff is nice. If I ever need to stay in a hotel again I'm picking them. Keep it up!

The hotel owners were very polite, friendly, and so kind. The rooms were super clean and beds were very comfortable!!! The maids were very nice and very thorough in cleaning the room. The pool was large and they maintain it well. I'll definitely be coming back here again !! :)

I love staying at here. Very friendly staff and beautiful location all restaurant and stores nearby. Rooms are super clean and comfortable for good rate. I always go back there. Pool is good if you want good time in weekend. Very peaceful environment. Best place I have ever been.

I really like staying at this locaton
The parking is great; tne room are some what clean. The restrooms need an overhual; water takes forever to get hotnon the 2nd floor. The towels they put in the restrooms are like 2 very old stained and holy.

Staff is always very friendly and nice. Quiet and very family friendly. Owner has been fixing up alot of things so it has been alot of nice improvements and changes maintenance and housekeepers are very good about making sure you have what you need.

The couple that runs the hotel are very friendly and interact with you on the level u feel comfortable with... They can be engaging and friendly and inclusive if your engaging or standoffish and aloof if u choose to be in your own thoughts. Your stays are what u make of them. The good folks at Americas Best Value Inn - Pico Rivera give u the tools u need to make them any way u want.

The managers here are so nice and very understanding. The rooms are nice and clean. The price was good. I would recommend this place to anyone who ask.

I really enjoyed our evening tonight. Pool nice and big. Tv clear and spectrum, I'm very surprised cause hotels don't have good carries anymore. Cut backs I it's ok

I have been staying here for about a week and the motel is great. The owners are very nice and accommodating.There is a little noise from some loud guests but nothing too crazy.
