The staff (worked with Christina) is incredibly helpful. They treat you like a celebrity whether you are buying out the store, or buying a single item or simply browsing. They know their merchandise which is all so special and beautiful from France. There is a price range for everybody, and its all high quality. What an amazing experience and pleasure to be surrounded by all this beauty and treated like a A+++ celebrity even if youre not one! Love my Djula jewels :-) Thank you/Merci Christina at Djula!

What a beautiful store! The entire selection is gorgeous, it’s so tempting to buy one of each. I actually went in three days in a row and kept coming back for jewelry I tried to not purchase the day before. The service is absolutely impeccable. Dilek and Christina were so kind, warm and welcoming. I felt like I was treated like family. Also, my daughter came in with me and saw a little bracelet she loved. They fitted it perfectly to her tiny wrist (she’s 4) and gave her a cute little purse to keep it in. Truly 5 star service and experience! I can’t wait to come back to BH just to stop in and say hello to these wonderful girls and maybe add to my collection of beautiful, high quality, gems! Thank you Dilek and Christina for the wonderful experience, you have my loyalty forever.

My husband and I came into town from Temecula and I decided to come in here looking for piece after seeing Djula come up on my TikTok/IG feed. I was really in love with a particular piece but I couldn't really bring myself to spending a ton of money on myself. So you're probably asking yourself, "Why is this woman writing a review if she didn't purchase anything!?" Well, I still received a service when I walked in here and that was from Christina.I told her that my husband will come back in and to hint around the piece that I liked. She was so kind to me despite the fact that I didn't purchase anything from here (Later, I found out that he didn't purchase this piece because he already had plans to surprise me with something he had already purchased while I was distracted.) I thought it spoke volumes of her personality. How one treats others when they can do nothing for you says a lot. So happy to see this in a town that is all about $$ and looks. She also recommend a few dinner spots and bars around town. Thanks to her we had an amazing time visiting Beverly Hills.

Even if you don't purchase a piece from this amazing store, rest assured the customer service is top notch! I'll remember to stop again next time I'm in town.

Their piece is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, unfortunately their products are such a poor quality that they cannot be wear. I bought two bracelets and wear one and it was broken after 2 month. So I sent back to get it fix, but two hours after I got the repaired bracelet, it broken again and of course I lost it the second time. My friend got a necklace and it got broken after wear it few times. Very disappointed. I don't think it worth anything near the price I paid. Donot waste your money！

I purchased a ring from this brand a year ago and within that year the band has broken four times and five diamonds have fallen out. Do not recommend this brand for high end long lasting jewelry.

Unfriendly customer service. Insulted me when I said I had less than $500 to spend today.
