Thank goodness for Encore - they saved me from the nightmare of mail-order pharmacies. it's been really tricky to find a place that carried the formulas that work for me and would respect my time.

I came in with a set of questions for the pharmacist to help a dear friend who is sick. The pharmacist was prompt to come and consult with me and was super easy to talk with and gave me really good recommendations for over-the-counter medicines. Are usually tried going to the pharmacy because of the long way and the disenchanted pharmacists but this was a different experience. Highly recommend yes little local gem!

Michelle and Maria are great! Michelle, at Encore coordinated with Maria , at sister-store Allure Pharmacy, to get my medication to me before closing today. They, along with Blanca, could not have been nicer or more professional in a stressful situation. I am very appreciative that they took the time to help remedy the problem.

Love everything about this pharmacy! Everything from prices to products. Great rates compared to Rite Aid prices. I can’t believe I used to wait 45 mins for a prescription but now with Encore I wait no more than 7-8 minutes. The customer service is outstanding and the aisles have a lot of fun products to purchase.

Such amazing service. Really great advice and really warm. Visiting from England and they even took the time to show us how to get back to our accommodation. Much prefer these family run businesses in LA to the mass chain places. If I need more drugs or directions I'll be back

I literally can't say enough nice things. They are helpful. They are human. They listen. They're accurate, they are professional and they are kind and I literally could go on and on. After being tortured by CVS Pharmacy for decades I'm finally being treated like a human being!
I also feel better supporting a smaller business. And they have plenty of products that everyone else is out of. Like masks, hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol.
Grateful I found them.
