Thank You Google For Leading ME To The LA Mailboxes & More Store!

I was in the need for some copies of keys and honestly did Not know where to go in my area and so I got out my Android phone and went on to Google and there you have it.

The LA Mailboxes N More store happens to be the closest most reasonable store that I could find in my area to make ME keys and their prices are Very Fair compared to going to my local Ralph's store whereby their machine would en up charging ME three (3) times the amount.

Not only are their prices Fair, but the Service that I received from Yusbi was Outstanding as well!

I want to personally Thank Yusbi for offering ME Excellent Customer Service today on Thursday, February 22, 2018.

LA Mailboxes N More is great! Been doing business here for years and have never had a problem. The customer service is awesome and the business has always been reliable. The young lady working here is also very nice and helpful! She goes above and beyond to make sure all packages are delivered and received properly and on time. I appreciate having this business to depend on and the location is very convenient. 5 stars because I've always had a 5 star experience here.

I love this place!!! K., the owner is super sweet. She is professional, attentive and always has something nice to say to her clientele. I have never had any issues with retrieving my packages or mail. It's conveniently located off the 10 Freeway and there is always parking available. I have had several mailbox services over the years and this one is certainly my favorite.

It's always been helpful to me and I've been a customer for 12 years! Looks and is run better than ever... I can say that from my own experience. It's not a fancy place but it works.

Reviews aren't always fair.. I've seen my share of nasty customers that were in the wrong. LA Mail boxes and more has been a positive experience to me and I appreciate them! = )

Best experience.
Pros:
- They send me an email or text message every time I have a envelope or package.
- The address is recognized as a normal address (no P.O. Box). I don't have problems to order on Amazon or eBay.
- Excellent and friendly service.
- They don't lose packages as the PO Box at USPS does.
- They sign on my behalf the packages that required signature confirmation
- Low-priced

Cons:
Sometimes the parking is full. But, I can call them and they deliver the item to my car

This place is always there when I need it. Print copies or emails, copy keys, buy boxes, mail something, business faxing, notary. I have used every service because they have fair prices and convenient location. I would suggest they offer limited internet & computers for file access and have later hours for customers. They close so early I can't make it there to handle my business. Sometimes it's hard to print if your emailing files just to be printed.

Katie is an absolute angel. Not only she is so kind and welcoming, but she takes a lot of pride in her job. She's efficient and attentive to her customers. It's always a pleasure to see her smiling face.

The location is so convenient being right off the freeway, and the hours of opening is great. I highly recommend it for business and acquiring a mailbox.

Went to pick up my package and I was 9 minutes late and this had been my second attempt to get there before closing and I made it after closing and the lady in the front opens the door and let me in and I finally got my package. Great customer service. Thank you
