Got a 1 year warranty on shoes in case it's defective 😁. Customer service was pretty good as well

I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for but the owners/employees were extremely friendly. They advised me on where I could find the boots I was looking for and they gave my daughter a little stuffed plushy toy even though I didn’t make a purchase. Their kindness was a breathe of fresh air and I’ll definitely go back when I’m ready for my next pair of boots.

Gary and Lucy were an absolute joy to work with. Aetrex scanner helped me learn about my feet and the insoles customized the fit. Will be back for sure.

Helpful and friendly staff. I had to special order my boots but there was a problem with my order (covid /supply chain issue that was not their fault). The salesperson helped me out and fixed the problem and made it right. Good people.

Good place if you're looking for quality workbooks at affordable prices. Very comfy shoes and the people here are great and work with you. They'll even order a shoe size for you if its not available and mail it to you so you don't need to come back to the store if you're too busy!

What a fantastic shoe store. The person who helped me was Luzs sorry if I spelled it wrong. But it was on the nametag. Anyways. She was friendly, helpful and quite honestly on point. She noticed certain things about my feet by just looking at me. Suggested an incredible pair of insoles that cost 49.99 but worth every penny! I ended up getting a pair of Reebok Sublite Alloy-toe! Wow at first glance I did not like but my girlfriend thought they were cool. Luzs said they were a popular pair at the moment. I went with my gut after trying them on.

Weeks later and they still feel amazing.

Great customer service. I lost my receipt for my backorder going back many months and they still had my info on file. What a relief. I was able to get the work boots I wanted with no issues.

Staff was very friendly they helped me out a ton, answered every question I had, and I got the work boots I was looking for including some insoles would definitely be coming here again in the future Thank you to Luzs for the awesome customer service!!!!!
