I Love Sewers Rooter And Plumbing

I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair. Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing. Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner. They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back! Just really great people all around, high standards that can be hard to find these days and a team that I would welcome over any time. Top notch team - you won't go wrong working with them.

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service from Carlos, Eric, and Jose. They had good communication from start to finish. Carlos kicked off the service with a “can-do” attitude and he was straight forward about the job at hand. He was also extremely  professional. He was great to work with after hours in our emergency situation. While I had questions he had fair and respectful responses.

Once Eric arrived, he quickly isolated the issue to our main shutoff supply. It’s now 10pm and he is working away outside to cut the main water supply so he can repair the shutoff in the house and return water to our house. He respected our home and family by arriving in a protective mask and shoe booties. The safety of my family and himself was clearly a top priority, thank you Eric and Carlos!

Finally, Carlos finished the job the following day (saving us money) for the less critical pumping items we needed done.

This team is very professional and customer focused. I Love Sewers was such a blessing. Carlos and his team were awesome. I had an emergency late night and they came right away and did the job. You can tell they are knowledgeable and you can trust they will take care of you.

Carlos the plumber saved us! The drain was clogged. Another plumber had attempted to unclog it and he couldn't. We were one day away from signing the sale of our house. Everything was set. A year's long work of preparing the house and now the drain was clogged and the pipes might need to be replaced and the sale was not going to go through! It was a disaster in the making. Then Carlos from I love sewers came and saved the day. It was not an easy job. He too at some point was pessimistic, he told us later, but did not say a thing while he was working. Then the drain worked. I am a forever customer of I love sewers . Thank you Carlos!

After calling four previous plumbing companies, three of which did not bother returning my call, the fourth company did set an appointment but never arrived, and did not bother answering or returning my calls. When I called I love sewers I spoke with Carlos , who was extremely personable and informative, and promptly set up an appointment to have a technician come out. The technician, Carlos , arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Toilet was overflowing from bowl and base as well shower . Carlos proceeded to repair it quickly and cleaned up nicely after the repair. I highly recommend carlos and I love sewers rooter. I will definitely be calling them first should I ever need plumbing services in the future.

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Carlos took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Carlos , I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

I had a pipe burst literally out of no where while I was working from home today and I called Carlos and he was able to immediately come out and help me fix the issue. He was very kind and knew a lot. He helped me with so much. I was so panicked because I haven’t ever had something like this happen to me but he he was able calm my nerves and very quickly helped to fix the issue. Having your house flood completely out of no where was super stressful but I’m so glad that I reached out to Carlos for help!! Thank you so much!!

Carlos with I Love Sewers was very helpful. We had a collapsed sewer line and he was quick to come out and identify the problem. The repair was not cheap but I called around and his price was on the low end of the quotes I was getting. His team completed the work the next day with a long term solution. Thank you for the quick repair.

Carlos and he’s team came out late night and fixed our plumbing issues. The bathtub was filling up with sewage and I had family visiting from out of town. Until he arrived we couldn't use the toilets, shower or use the sink. Nothing he did was easy but he busted his butt to get the job done tonight technician installed clean out access point. I highly recommend using ILS .

I love Sewers was professional and efficient. He fixed my kitchen sink quickly even though the problem was bigger than anticipated. He went over the cost of the repairs before he did the work. Will definitely be calling Carlos for all of my plumbing needs.

Found a cat that was stuck inside a storm drain and couldn't find anyone that would help. Fire department wouldn't come and the city was charging thoursands to go down. Other places I called wouldn't take the job either.

Carlos got here within 15 mins with two other techs and pulled out the snake camera and other tools to help. He even waived the fees after. The compassion for the cat and the professional experience was really impressive and I'll be calling for future work requests for sure.

In short, Carlos (owner) and his team is fast, responsive, patient, and do high quality work in a short amount of time. Carlos adds great value and is fair with his pricing.

I had a toilet overflow and called Carlos. He came over within an hour and diagnosed our problem and was able to clear everything out in the same day. He was very patient and understanding, and answered all my questions. Carlos is very calm and very upfront with what his crew is doing, why, and what needs to be fixed.

A big shout out also to Jesus and his team who were our main plumbers on the job. Jesus does high quality work, is very patient and answered all my questions as well. Everyone is very communicative and patient through a stressful situation and they helped put my mind at ease.

These guys are the real deal, and they're able to handle jobs both big and small. Carlos also recommended a restoration company to come help clean up the mess in our bath. I would highly recommend I Love Sewers for any plumbing job.

Carlos responded to our call after midnight when we had a plumbing emergency, promptly showed up the next morning as scheduled, and walked us through our first major plumbing issue in our house. He and Jose were very attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions throughout their work, which became a major project beyond what we had first realized we needed, and were able to complete it same day. There is no need to search further if you need a dependable and reasonably priced drain cleaning service! A nearby company just cleaned my sewer main , and they went above my expectations. They provided affordable rates and were thorough and courteous. I'll most certainly utilize their services more in the future!!

I was desperate as another plumber had been sent by a Home Warranty Company who totally misdiagnosed the problem as being caused by a leak in a cast iron pipe that was caused by corrosion and the Home Warranty Company denied the claim. One whole week a partial blockage in the drainage from the washing machine which caused water to back into the bathtub and toilet. I called I love Sewers and Cindy told me they would send a technician first thing in the morning. And bless his heart he fixed it completely and efficiently. Carlos is such a nice young man. They were life saviors and very much appreciated their professionalism and help. I will never use another plumbing company. A+ service.

Plumbing and sewage problems are services we rarely consider unless we have a problem. We had an A++ service with I love sewers . From scheduling to speed of service and all the genuine details they provided. The communication and the level of urgency comforted our worries. They quickly diagnosed our main sewage pipe had been damaged by a company installing Fiber Optic’s through out the neighborhood. The General manager came to support his team and took the time to drive around the neighborhood to help speed up repairs and make sure the responsible party is aware so they cover costs. We greatly appreciate your time and quality of service.

This company is AMAZING!!! Not only did they arrive within the hour of us calling ( very big deal when you have toilets leaking and drains not draining) they also sent the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful plumber. Carlos was Awesome! He knew exactly what the problem was and fix it the same day. He was honest and reasonable when it came to pricing. Very much impressed with there service. I will defiantly recommend them to any one who is looking for grade A service at a reasonable price. Hopefully I don't have any more plumbing issues soon but if I do, I love sewers rooter and plumbing will be the first ones I call.
