They did a great job taking care of my clothing and repairing them. Even nice enough to let me use my credit card because I had no cash.

Service is good

Went in to get my pants hemmed and I got there they weren’t dry cleaned and when I tried them on at home they were not hemmed at all. I didn’t realize that they weren’t hemmed until I tried them on at home. It did look they were hemmed but not to where I asked. When I picked them up the same lady that took the measurements said to me “ why did we charge you the 11.50 for?” Honestly disappointed at the work quality. Definitely not coming here again.

High cost for a low quality, took a pair of jeans to do the Hem, stitches different from the original, low quality thread. Very disappointed

I try to support locally owned business, but this place has seen my last dollar. The do not listen to your requests, they say one hour, but they never are able to do that, even next day is a stretch for them. Their customer service is terrible, no greeting, no thank you and on more than one occasion, their employees have been rude. They seem to enjoy making some of their customers feel stupid. It's a busy place, but I will find another dry cleaner.

I don’t know why it’s called Lee’s “One Hour.” On their window it also states that they do services in one hour. I have tried on multiple occasions to get a shirt pressed with same day service. I’m not even asking for an hour, just same day. Every time they tell me they can’t do it and to come back the next day. It should be “Lee’s Next Day.”

Unacceptable! Been going here for a couples years now and they were great at first but I cannot believe how their service has gone down drastically! I don’t know if they went through an ownership change but it isn’t how they used to be! How could they explain getting a brand new shirt out of the box dirty with coffee stains and not even try to fix their mistake is beyond me! But to let me walk away knowing full well they dirtied my shirt is absolutely shameful! Don’t waste your time even passing by this place let alone your money!
