Worked with Sarah on Saturday and was amazed what she was able to get done for me. My credit was shot garbage trade and very little money down and I still left in a brand new car that I love and can afford. Defiantly would go back and work with her again. And Susan the Desk manager was as sweet and calming as anyone I have ever met. Great experience.

Had a wonderful experience here. I had to bring my dog with me and everyone was super friendly and gave him so much love. When I burst into tears from sticker shock (I have terrible credit and knew my payments would be high, but strong emotions make me cry) Sarah was amazing! She calmed me down and got me through the process with ease.

My son and I were on our way from Seattle to Vancouver British Columbia when the water pump in our 2019 Atlas died. The service we received at KarMart was incredible. The staff did everything they could to get our car repaired and turned around quickly but when they realized it was the pump, the part wasn’t available so they did the next best thing and got us into our rental car for free and took us to pick it up. What could’ve been a disaster of a weekend into a great one thanks to their service!

It was our first time at Volkswagen and when we walked in we tell it would be a pleasant visit. We were greeted by Sarah and Mark with a warm welcome. We worked with Sarah and she was so easy to work with and we knew she would work for us. She knew her stuff about the vehicle and made our decision to purchase our car. I love my car it is the best car I’ve ever owned. Huge thank you to both Sarah and Mark.

I have never been treated with such compassion by an auto dealership. The service department here has been the best shop I have ever worked with. Each team member has been kind, honest, and helpful. Joevanni is great! Was super nice, listened to my needs and wants in a car and budgeting. Helped walk me through everything! Honestly a great experience, he was super patient and worked with my schedule! Overall just a great place to go if your looking for a new car :)

All I can say is wow 🤩, I’ve been struggling to find and get into a vehicle for about 6months. I spoke with Sarah at KarMART VW and I could tell she was a very honest and trustworthy individual when it comes to selling vehicles.

She could tell I had my doubts; I also let it be known that I was very skeptical about what she was saying but something told me to try one more time.

We had a great experience purchasing our 2024 Volkswagen Atlas from KarMart. The employees were not pushy and were very helpful going through all the potential payment options. The process was smooth and easy to navigate as they walk you through every step. We had Mark Bos as our sales associate, I highly recommend working with him to find your new car. We will return for our future purchases.

From the first call to sales dept. Mark was professional and handle all my questions without any hesitation. He certainly knows his VW's. He was kind and caring to our needs and what we were looking for and price.

Hands down, I will never go anywhere else when I'm looking for a car. Sarah was so incredibly kind. I know I'm kind of a weird and complicated credit case and not once did she make me feel bad or like I had failed. She explained things whenever I had a question and was very understanding about my anxiety. My car is so amazing and the hard work both her and her manager did to get me into it is so beyond appreciated. She literally spent the entire day working on getting me into a car, like I can't overstate how awesome she is and how much I appreciate her.

A huge shoutout to Joe as well who walked me through all of my cars functions. At this point I've only driven older cars, so being in a brand new Jetta lowkey makes me feel like I'm in a space ship and I absolutely love it. He took the time and care to make sure I understood everything and answered any questions I had. So much appreciation for him and all of his help.

Overall, my experience here was such a positive one. It's one that makes me excited for someday maybe upgrading my car. I genuinely was surprised by just how wonderful this experience was, especially considering my only other dealership experience left me half afraid of ever going to any dealership ever again. The purchase process couldn't have been easier. Buying a car from Mark Bos felt like sitting down with a friend. From test drive to driving home with our new Tiguan, it was a great experience.

I had a very positive experience last week working with Linda at the KarMart VW in Burlington. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, communicating optional repairs in addition to the oil change I was in for and also providing a review of my next scheduled service. Since the latter is a 100K service, it was especially helpful to have an early estimate. When I elected to have the optional repairs made, the shuttle driver came immediately and took me over to a shopping center and did not keep me waiting when he picked me up after being notified that the work was completed. Nice work all around!

The best vehicle purchasing experience ever! Highly recommend the agent Mark Bos! We pre-ordered a 2024 Atlas with Mark. Mark helped us through the whole process, very clear and easy. Mark followed up with the company as soon as the order can be put into system.

After 2-month wait, the car is ready for pick-up, and it takes just 2 hours! No long & usually unnecessary talk with any manager etc. No sell of whatever protection insurance which we will decline if offered. No hidden fees we have to dive into. Purchasing a car with Mark is almost as easy as grocery shopping. We really appreciate it!

I always have a great experience at Vw with Mark Bos, this is the second vehicle I have purchased with him and both times was fantastic! The Service Dept st KarMart is the reason I drive 30 miles (from my hometown VW dealer) to get service. Alia and Danielle are the best and took care of me for the six weeks my car was getting fixed. I would give them more stars if I could. The BEST.
