Awesome tailor, had my wedding suit tailored here and he did an awesome job.

We just arrived to LA last night to go to an engagement event for one of our good friends the next day. My husband and I were going to buy a new shirt in the morning if we couldn’t get them dry cleaned same day. Picture this:
8am and not a single dry cleaning service is available until 9am…except for New Image Cleaners!! They were so customer friendly and professional. Our shirts looked brand new within 3 hours!!!! Now that was truly an exceptional customer experience. I’d recommend them for all of your dry cleaning needs. Quality, caring, and super affordable.

Took some jeans here for a hem. The gentleman was very quick to pin everything and send me on my way. Had the hems done ahead of schedule, they were done perfectly AND it was very very cheap! Total win finding this place b/c it's impossible to find a nice tailor/dry cleaner.

Superb service would be an understatement. I came with an emergency for my suit and he pressed it in less than half an hour on the spot. Definitely coming back for all my dry cleaning needs.

This is the only shop in my neighborhood that uses the perc-free German wet-cleaning machines with no toxic after-effects. I react very badly to perc, and anyone should be concerned about exposing themselves to such a poison; this place has a very good alternative that works for most garments that would otherwise require dry cleaning. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the work is very well performed, and the rates are reasonable. Caveat: Parking can be a bit of a problem if the metered street spaces are taken.

I needed a dress shirt laundered and pressed for pick up the same day and the professional people of New Image Cleaners came through at a very reasonable price. New customer and now a returning customer.

Took my friend's wedding dress there. It took about 2 weeks. $245, but it was cleaned and presented in a nice box. Will I ever do anything with it? Probably not, but instead of just hanging in the closet taking up room, it is nicely boxed.

Parking can be a little hassle because of where the store is located, but there were plenty of spots in the parking garage behind the store front.
